What's done to Targeters:

1. remote drugging – many are given 2-3 types of drugs before beginning to Target an individual

2. forced entities – done by the use of Black Arts Zeta alters. Most Targeters would have a minimum 2-3 entities (a common response I've heard). From the truth tech device, I also heard that one man had 12 while another had over 80. [How the CIA make tech-rapers] Entities are also a part of Gamma programming and can elicit Omega breakdowns/triggers.  Most black arts don’t even realize the extent to which they’re controlled. It seems likely that they’d receive strong entities during programming to make the Base Programming pairing of “doing evil to others = good feelings” be more effective. The smallest amount of deception tech from the CIA (false imaging + false audio + emotion enhancers) easily makes them do the will of others.

3. tech controls – hive mind, Base Programming – it creates addictions, pedophilia tech (etc), CIA tech like that machine that the John alter on CIA Director Gina Haspel uses to give our host remote lobotomies daily.  Will-breaker tech - done to all of them. (learned on Oct 19, 2020 via thought listening audio).

4. deception tech manipulated actions – they receive false audio & false imaging; others receive false emotions

5. they're used unknowingly for CIA “projects” whereby human beings are treated as experiments (for example, my mother and I are The Epsilon Experiment… Targeters sent to us have usually been deceived in order to target us.).

6. Everyone is given chess pieces designations --> Targeters target other Targeters: they are used to instigate, manipulate, deceive, mislead, provoke, and entrap other Targeters. See “Johns Game of Chess” article under the CIA drop-down menu. This is apparent from the amount of Targeters who are mislead into Targeting me. They also sometimes have to read about those who are used to Target them and their friends and family (truth tech device). "I was told to do it!" one person's friend had done some tech things to them.

7. Most are MK ULTRAs and are intentionally alter flipped when they start to learn about how and why the CIA uses them.

8. memory wipes – done by the CIA and by other Targeters

9. brain implants – modify and manipulate actions, thoughts, behaviours

10. dirt - forces crimes or other actions from you in order to control or use you. (affairs, theft, murders, ect)

This information we were able to learn because of our Guru, His Holiness Dr. Athavale. He provided an “observational stance” for us during moments of severe torture. We experienced many different types of technological applications to our body and were able to remember them and describe them. Then we started noticing that they were done to the Targeters as well as ourselves. This knowledge is now being shared with everyone so freedom and healing from MK ULTRA can be had by all. This is our Guru’s gift to all.

Aug 3 2020 - it's incredibly worth your while to learn about brain implants as many have them and dont know (how else is everyone controlled?) (I wrote that because I've had "dreams" of forced brain injections and can feel some on the external cranium in some areas of my head. others must have these too. reduces liability issues.

The most simple way to reduce the influence of tech controls and MK Ultra programming is daily salt water therapy; 15 minutes with feet in ankle deep salt water (rock salt is recommended.) (we dont realize how much we're controlled until stuff is removed form our bodies.) Many of us are experiments of CIA Director Gina Haspel's Zeta Alter ("they're all my chess pieces") so if you can get the proper authorities notified of her unethical procedures, tortures, crimes, severe human rights abuses ect., that helps EVERYONE. Her cruel, ruthless, and severe male Zeta alter can be fronted with a police siren sound or rock music for questioning. She manipulates the child alters on Beta Farmers so there's liability there. You can also learn from her about how quickly Base Programming can be reversed and addictions easily removed. Why not make some of your own agendas?

What Does No Liability Mean?

The legal ramifications will have to be dealt with at the CIA; what does it mean and require to exonorate  Targeters? Usually the answer from the truth tech involved much greater levels of happiness for everyone than previously experienced. I thought about what I knew about the negative emotional enhancers, the "old/new" mentality tech that gives a person a depressing outlook by removing all positive memories and other various memory wiping features. It made me realize too that Targeters often receive this tech as well.

There are pro's and cons to non-liability:

-compesnation perhaps for victims of forced crimes

-loss of wealth/"prestige"/power

-relationship improvements

-freedom, legitimate

-privacy for all

- no jail time

Also, the world is in a state of rapid decline and with

COVID, the economy will collapse in a year or 2.

What will be needed or important then? WW3 prep

stuff is incredibly beneficial. bread will have more

anticipate prolonged periods of power failures as

well as food and water shortages. you can help your

local community/area prepare.
