Deception Tech Capabilities

Deception tech varies as per source: CIA, Military and individual Targeters. The more familiar we become with what's available and done to us, the better we can understand what's happening. As a hopeful add, please note that Truth-tech does also exist and is now presently being used by many good, honorable and helpful people. Deception tech

This is a large category that encompasses many different things.  Deception tech includes “fake news” whereby information is intentionally omitted giving false impressions and forcing many to come to false conclusions. Largely deception tech existed for the purposes of protecting evil people and beings like the Shapeshifters and Negs. Due to the massive amount of Neg removals last week (see the blog article November in Review), more honest and forthcoming news stories should be able to become mainstream. Why does almost no one know about the sensational things on this website? What are the real agendas?

 

The US Election

Deception tech as to how it was used in the most recent election: many targters have various deception tech capabilities ranging from false imaging, false audio, and false belief creation tech. Creating false beliefs in others is a "standard procedure" of the CIA to discredit their Targets, Human experiments, and others who stand in their way. Some ballot-specific Targeters showed me exactly how their image-distortion tech made one vote for Trump equal 10 votes for Biden. There are many forms of visual distortion and manipulation tech that were used by many Targeters in the election. Regular counters were deceived and then inaccurately wrote down the wrong numbers. Happyface

Happyface is another form of deception tech often applied to celebrities and other targets. This was so that people could be tortured to excess and have them look normal, and even happy, while experiencing various kinds of suffering. How does a person really feel? I don’t even know how I feel until someone reads me my true emotional state from the teleprompter. I would imagine that many Disney celebrities, who have the clit torture devices on them, who are given humiliating experiences, are alter flipped, and raped on the regular, would have anything to genuinely smile about. On a hopeful note, the Disney network that severely tortured many of the celebrities via invisible remote satellite tech (the T.I. phenomenon) has recently been executed. This is also why the red-eye photo indicator shows who else is a Disney target. Remember that Disney also keeps kids and adults in cages for weeks as Beta Kitten programming.

Holograms

Recently my situation dealt with the issues of clones – each person in prominent positions has about 6 clones made of them including an Android version and a Non-human version (see the Standard Procedures page). Once many evil clone 6’s, 5’s, 4’s, and even 3’s were executed, issues of Androids being programmed negatively became a priority. Some noteworthy people have been executed and holograms were or still are being used to keep their “persona” alive. Over the last weekend, the entire Eisner family was executed along with all their clones. Many in the evil Disney network were  executed similarly. General Berger, the Obamas, and perhaps even the Bushes and Clintons and all their  clones were executed (those with locator tech can verify these things). How long will it take fake news to catch up with reality? I’m waiting to find out…(read the Military Secrets page for more). Some other uses of holograms: to make evil people look good or vice versa, to make others believe that one person is in one place when they’re in another, to make a person appear to be xyz…

 

Hologram Body Replacements  

Added: Dec. 10, 2020  Holograms body replacements deceive others into killing an image instead of the real person. There are sensors applied to those in the CIA network whereby something such as elevated fear levels would trigger an immediate abduction of their physical body and replacement of it with a hologram. The holograms were so real that over 400 or 500 of them were “Executed” over the course of a week. Holograms were life preserving methods those in the evil network used until it became so absolutely humiliating that they turn them off and suicide.                 An example of this was when a cryogenically revived clone in an underground base read some of the Dirt that Gina Hapsels clone 6 male zeta John did to him and shot him point blank in the face. John’s hologram tech was active and his body was swapped out. Later someone showed me on imaging – John sitting in a dark closet with a kid alter – his humiliation was extreme. I couldn’t imagine him not fronting for his own freakin execution by a colleague. Then I realized it was the automated Hologram body-replacement tech that was responsible. John apologized to a kid alter he had caused suffering to and I knew about it. His colleagues later turned off the holograms and executed all the Jeff and Gina Haspel clones when they learned it was all for his personal agendas.

CIA Targets

Deception tech messages as I’ve described below applies most frequently to Targeters and Targets. They would be given these false messages about me so that they would Target me. As a Meta-Human Death-defier, false incriminating tech, which I was told was devised by Shapeshifter Obama himself, was essential as there’s no reason to torture an innocent human being. I think the Shapeshifters applied it to all of the death-defiers periodically and regularly. The CIA uses people like Chess pieces, this is why it was helpful to always know who was orchestrating the attacks.

Some Methods:

1. out of context phrases – these are truthful statements used in an out-of-context way to make a person look bad, to blame, shame, or humiliate them.

2. false imaging – a person is shown false or misleading images on a forehead screen to make them believe things that aren’t true, to make them act falsely, to make them look bad, etc.

3. false statements – false incriminator tech - one piece of mental tech just says blatant lies. I’m not sure exactly how that works. The phrases had nothing to do with context. Were they prerecorded earlier? I didn’t have memory of that? I think the phrases are somehow typed on a computer screen and a voiceover in the subjects voice reads them. Other times it was another targeter reading into a mic that deceived others.  It may have been an orchestrated event where this is used. - Chess matches

4. word replacer – one word or two are replaced with other words in a mental thought. For example, this morning while I was making coffee, I could sense that mental tech attacks were active. My mind was forced to think about a specific event and my reactive thought was, “why would you want to be mean to a person?” Instead, though, I heard: “why would you want to be NICE to a person?” so whoever was listening to that was mislead about me and now thinks I’m a mean person. Coincidentally, I started experiencing increased physical pain almost immediately afterwards.

5. Spiritual deceptions. please read about how deceived, mislead theta, chi, etc often mislead or confuse others.

6. Whisper tech - sounds like words that come from the air, that are "spiritual" in nature but are technological replicas. This ocurs for many different reasons. For example, I was given the thoughts of another person in as an agenda of CIA Director Gina Haspel. She uses whisper tech to entrap & frame many individuals. "I can't get away with it anymore!" she/he thinks. Whisper tech provides me with valuable intel without incriminating a source. Good things for good ones again :-). Whisper tech is used frequently by the male Zeta on Gina Haspel. his tech has 3 tiny microscopic speakers that affix to each ear in staggered lengths.

CIA tech, military tech, and several individuals have capabilities that can make an individual think, feel or believe anything that they want them to. How Targeters (and others) are Mislead

I wondered how people often believed things about me that were not true. There s a device that "attaches" to the head invisibly and echo's out "thoughts." A victim is then forced to think about a specific thing and the thoughts are used, recorded, and played to another individual in an out of context way.  The agenda is to create hatred (usually) in another so they would attack an intended target with their remote satellite tech.  I could hear the words echo intand sometimes amplify out into the atmosphere; this clued me into the fact that they were being used as an agenda for others.  I knew it was technology because my own thoughts are really quiet and can’t be heard by others.

 

I was given the "hate this person" experience many times:

a) I was shown false imaging of a person doing something bad to me (tech imaging can create any scenario it wants about a person, thing, event)

b) I heard prerecorded words and phrases that seemed like the individual were thinking or feeling

c) I was given emotional enhancements of anger, rage, etc…by a device located in my chest

d) subliminal commands then keep feeding directions like "hate her" or whatever.

This is another method of how they turn helpful people against each other.

 

These attacks sometimes happen from a Targeting room (see Obama page and What Does the US Military Do When There’s no war for further descriptions.) A person can be at home, work, driving, or anywhere when these types of invisible remote electronic deception attacks take place. This is why it is became essential for me, a Targeted Individuals, to have a pen and notepad with me everywhere I went. This allowed me to describe what was occurring and allowed the individual being mislead to see and read what I was writing so they could understand the situation more fully. It reduces suffering to yourself if you're a T.I. People will not be as mislead about you. It’s important that people always know the truth.

 

Mental tech attacks become more apparent with familiarity and your own personal notes and observations. The more invisible technology that can be removed from your body, the better off humans will be. WE’re all MK Ultra, we’ve all made mistakes. Lets focus on moving forward.  

 

 

If your small, just write down something like: “today, I heard this _______ but it wasn’t true. What I was actually thinking was: __________.”  It helps to have pen and paper with you to correct things that are mistakes. ♥  You can read through some of these observations at the end of the day as well.

CIA Strategies

More is written on the CIA Strategies page. We recently learned that the CIA manipulates a lot of Military, Power Company, Disney, LDS, etc individuals for their hidden agendas. These are described a bit more on the CIA page under Targeting Groups. What do they do?

1. They have an imaging and audio pairing attack, done to a person individuals, that makes them Target another.

2. Electronic "rolodex" keeps a targeted person heavily attacked for hours on end. Targeters get "screen" time, each in succession

3. Mass Deception Broadcasts - a Target is shown (imaging) to many people simultaneiously. There is false imaging, false information, false audio given (ect) that makes a larege group of people attack them at the same time.

This is as much as I've currently learned... once everyone is aware that it's happening, we can take measures to reduce the suffering of ourselves and others.

CIA Tactics

False Emotions – Deception tech

 How/why  False Emotions are Made:  

1. Agendas

2. False emotion tech

3. Remote Drugging

4. Base Programming

5. Entities

 

Epsilon:  When positive emotions (or base programming) are given the agenda is usually to distract the Target from something helpful or good. False emotions create or enhance negative situations, enhancing suffering for a person. Some examples of how false emotions are created are with various metal (cloaked/invisible) barbell in chest, circular tech in chest that changes colors from red to green, ect. Each Targeters tech feels different. Teeth gritting can deceive a person into feeling that they’re angry when its just a mechanical manipulation of someones jaw.

 

Remote application of different drugs (see page on Dilated Pupils) amplifies the negative effect as well when its paired with false audio (blatant lie someone is told) and false imaging (blatant false visuals – things a person would never do or wasn’t actually doing). These lead to false beliefs and incorrect actions.

 

Base Programming is often a combination of energy enhancers (manipulations) that force a person to perform a specific action. It changes the mentality of the Target. It can be used in conjunction with many other pieces of tech.

 

When all these things are combined with forced entities (CIA & entities page), the effects are disastrous. The person can become consumed with the hatred from an entity, for example and depending on its strength, takes over the persons actions.

Also just a note, often those who target me gain access to a truth-tech feature so use it as frequently as possible (cuz the CIA do and they're "winning" as they call it) so we need more of the good guys to use it as often as possible. They have targeters give me imaging sometimes of those using it so just be aware of the CIA's agendas to constantly humiliate everyone. "whos the Targeter that's making this weird?" will list the names of those people.

Mirror-tech

This is a somewhat “new” category of tech that I’m describing as I’m now able to know what its called now and some variations of it. I know that Loretta Entwistles clone 6 “The Mother” has Mirroring tech and that currently, many targeters are using other people tech so she’s being incriminated when not even using it. Obviously others have mirroring tech; shes just one I knew with certainty. These are short descriptions of effects I’ve felt on my body after repeated applications of these tech pieces. Familiarity makes it easier to categorize some things.

 

Some types of Mirroring-tech:

• physical body mirroring – I feel/receive physically what other people have done to their physical bodies

  • this happened frequently when the mass execution methods done to the corrupt CIA who were in the D.C. holiding cells was performed, mostly in November 2020 and done by remote I.V. how many of those were performed? I experienced many.

  • Similar when some of the LDS church people do tech-raping, I feel the effects on my body.

• thought-mirroring: what a person is thinking about, suddenly im thinking about too and feel like its me thinking that. The intentions or motives about this are various; I think often its done to create irritation or hatred between people.

• emotion-mirroring: I feel the emotions of others. That happened more frequently when the Military that was being used to target me was learning that many (almost all) of their target were innocent people and some sobbed when they found out.

• Monitor-mirroring – what a targeter sees on its monitor, it’s target is also shown on their forehead screen. Removing the brain implants removes the imaging. 

• Smell-mirroring - what someone is doing, eating, or sensing, the smell is mirrored. I've smelled a Targeters cheesies, the baby a woman had, cigaretttes smoked by Targeters, a hotel room smell and others.

• Taste-mirroring - I've tasted someones yogurt, their puke breath (gave me intel), hot dogs, BBQ, ect.

• Empathy mirroring tech: I was often curious about how other people felt and experienced things? Occasionally, a form of Empathy-mirroring was given to me and it was more phenomenal than could be experienced in the real world. I was given the mentality, thoughts, and experiences of the person and it provided incredible insight into how they functioned, why they did certain things, and why certain choices or actions were performed. It made a huge difference. Due to the situation involving continual deceptions done to others, this is another incredibly helpful resource (Clone 6 tech, Supercomputer feature, LDS Targeter stream capability). [The “undo false beliefs” feature is primary.] These features usually have a reverse function which is what Clone 6’s would have been using them for (to create false beliefs or to take advantage of others ect.).

• Supercomputer autotech: just records the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual sensation on my body that other targeters have all created. They create many “cut and paste” effects to make identifying the targeters difficult.

“Microphone” tech

Microphone-tech is just a name we gave to it; it likely has a technical term. It'll just be what I call it as it seems more frequently used again now (recently "revivals" that were executed  are??? as this is their tech).

Some purposes: thought override, conversation override, or paired with broadcast tech to create false beliefs in Targeters, who then ___ the victim/target (hate, think less of, are discouraged by, ect.). This is one method of how the CIA removes helpful people from their death-defiers.  

 

Thought Override

One method of thought override is through Microphone and/or mega phone tech: person speaking into a microphone transmits the audio into their targets head (via EEG cap or speakers inserted into their head/ thought listening can also revert) and their words feel like the victims thoughts. When paired with a megaphone, their words are broadcast to other people in the victims voiceover to intentionally framing/blaming/shaming them or similar. This results in false beliefs being created in others about the Target; often the Target also feels like it IS them thinking those thoughts and performing the actions of other people.

Voice Override tech

Sometimes microphone tech is just for thought-override. Their words become the targets thoughts. This can also go a step farther to override speech in daily conversation  – the microphone person decides the words of their Target resulting in full voice override – It’s  full control of what a person would say and can manipulate any type of circumstances. (I wonder if it works in conjunction with entities, remote drugging, and perhaps base program? Any combination of tech-effects could be applied.) Its usefulness to further an agenda is evident.  Are their specific groups that use it?

 

Reader-Targeters

Microphone-tech is different from “reader” targeters or “talking targeters” who are part of a Targeter Stream/rolodex that speak in a microphone to others, usually trauma victims, in order to deceive them. (that’s the actual agenda but they’re mostly unaware of it. They usually don’t know that the person is in trauma or why they’re reading what they read.) CIA discrediting agendas include creating false beliefs in their victims so this is done often to many.
