I'm in the middle of a battle of the Targeting Agencies. One is trying to frame and out the other. So... around 4pm on Tuesday, I was suddenly forced via mind control tech (Lockheeds) to drive around town. AFter a while they "parked" me right in front of the BC Hydro building. What was the agenda? I wondered. Some ear piece tech clues me in periodically: Lockheed was threatening to melt down the BC Hydro trucks. I gasped; obviously they wanted me there to frame. ugh. REdgardless, after a while, a very new model bright RED Chevy truck (silverado? it had extra chrome) came blasting through the BC Hydro parking lot. They were SCARED and panicked and wanted to check on the vehicles. So that truck, which I only caught a glimpse of briefly, is owned by one of the Targeters from BC Tel or BC Hydro or an associate of theirs.

Beta farms + Targeting

 

Beta farms, the locations, OWNERS, AND HANDLERS are all known to Targeters. For the Fraser Valley, we can ask BC Tel, Telus, and BC Hydro WHERE the farms are and who the owners are. WHO orders and USES betas? Beta Farms are protected by CLOAKED CRAFT, almost ALL of which are owned by TARGETERS.

Urgency!

It is urgent that these Targeters are found and arrested because they have a Heart Attack program that they run on their software. It was done to me at least three times in the last few days and it feels horrific. Normally it kills a person but due to unusual circumstances, I survive the attacks. They also target my vehicle so I can only drive it at 40km/hr. It's recommended for TI's to leave the house periodically as it forces the Targeters to adjust and restrategise their methods. It provides relief to leave the house. I'm also unable to obtain the sufficient amount of metal shielding that's required for my bedroom. Please, I am begging you, to arrest and question the BC Tel individuals as soon as humanly possible. They are murderers and perverts (remote surveillance equipment that can violate anyone or any place - consider the implications of that...) that spy on whomever they want, just because they can. They belong in jail.

Why is BC Tel the FRONT?

To have a targeting “front” it needs to be something you can HIDE very well. Something no one ever thinks about, looks for, or questions. Something so old and outdated, no one wonders about it anymore. That's why BC Tel is the perfect front. My first response was “what?! They’re so old!” To house the quantity and type of surveillance equipment necessary for Targeting, they would need a very large and unnoticeable building.  Is it illegal to go down to the BC tel building and look around? What about asking some questions?

 

Incriminating things:
1. lots of high tech equipment, laptops, computers, screens. The privacy violations of others on full display.

2. hundreds of life insurance policies with other people’s names on them.

3. records of name of individuals and types and duration of attacks and equipment applied to them.

4. AUDIT THEM

5. Where do they get their funding from? HOW do they STILL exist!?

6. Polygraphs may be the only way to get straight answers from these types of individuals (constant lies).  Their entire existence is a lie, a "front" if you will. Murdering others for life insurance and never being able to tell people where you get your millions from...

When did BC Tel start Targeting?

I do not know the answer to this for sure but the following article seems like a a good indicator.  What I DO know, is that my mother has been a victim of targeting since her family immigrated [VULNERABLE TARGETS, PERFECT] to Canada from South America. We are four generations now of targeting by BC Hydro. What company has been around since my mothers birth in Vancouver, BC in 1957?

They will Know When You are Arriving

Their surveillance is sophisticated; they can put the eye ball recording device on anyone and see what you see. So what will it look like when you (the police) arrive? A closed building: light off, screens off. Nothing looks like it's been used or is being used. If you knew  this was happening because they read my words as I type them, what else would they do. Turn on some screens; they may start showing LIVE FEEDS.  I wonder how much of the eye ball recording devices they were able to remove or would the screens just start live feeding from individuals they monitor? These people would not know that they are being monitored.

 

Where would all the life insurance policies be hidden?

 

Think ahead: fake I.D.'s, leave the area, relocate. They would likely try to trade their Red Chevy in. Was it a lease? New make/model or just a new color. Abbotsford Automall? Where would they go? A cabin up north? Nothing else is really an option with the Covid-19 closures. Lets use these restrictions to hem them in. Targeting tech includes the use of electronic screens that can be put onto a persons forehead. Communication can be made this way though mostly it's for harassment purposes.

What has BC Tel Done to My Family?

My family has been Targeted since my mothers parents moved from South America to Vancouver, Canada in the late 50’s. Immigrants made them vulnerable and easy targets. Her parents did not know the language which made it incredibly easy for the Targeting to make life severely difficult for their family. My mother started suffering from mental health problems sometime when she started having kids. Targeting is able to give a person any kind of physical, mental, emotional problem imaginable.  They subjected her to the most horrific kinds of mental health issues and over the years as I became a teenager, it seemed like she had experienced them all. In another article I have written more detailed descriptions of some of my unfortunate life experiences; for privacy reasons it needs further editing. What targeting is capable of is knowing exactly what you want and don’t want and it continuously gives you things, feelings, and experiences you don’t want. Just to make your life miserable, to create as much suffering as possible.

 

I believe there are individuals at BC Hydro and BC tel that know our family very well. They’ve known us for a very long time and must remember some of the horrific things that were done to us. Part of this is an attempt at exoneration for my mother, who has suffered enormously and for no reason at all other than the selfishness, greed, and perversions of others.

 

I started learning about Targeted Individuals only in January of this year (2020)! I was in distress and overwhelm but as I slowly learned about the symptoms and manifestations I started to make DETAILED notes and what was being done to me. I have many folders now of records of things: attack styles and general observations. It was complicated due to the fact that there was more than one Targeting Agency tormenting me. Slowly, some groups left because it was MADE CLEAR that I would not die and therefor NO life insurance money could be claimed on my death. WHY would any of them stay if there was no money to be made from me any more?

The four or five that remained seemed to attack my body and mind in different ways. We had already given names to some of the repetitive experiences as they had been going on for so many years! Same time program: two people need the bathroom/kitchen sink (etc) at the exact SAME MOMENT. Done for days and can be aggravating until you know it's staged. So writing down how frequently and what was specifically being done made it easier to see some common patterns. That is how we came to differentiate the various groups we've listed under the TI category. This is what also made it obvious just how incredibly long certain groups like BC Tel have been around and what exactly they've all done to my family. The high tech stuff from Lockheed was only around for a much shorter duration. Identifying the BC Tel markers brought sudden realizations of "ohhh! it was THEM doing all those horrible things that way back then too!"  But then came the moments of gravity when I contemplated  the ramifications of how they destroyed my Mother's childhood as well as my own.

This is a new point in the history of BC and maybe globally as well where Targeting is no longer a viable practice. You will be found out. Everything will be made public. There were necessary changes needed; people will learn about Targeting and TI families and will experience exoneration (Ted Bundy example on page 103 on the Manuscript - Home page). Targeting can turn people into: serial killers, prostitutes, homeless, homosexuals, etc. The shames forced on our family will be put back on BC Tel and BC Hydro where they belong. You WILL be held accountable for your actions. There needed to be people who could survive the death attacks in order to incriminate Targeters and to put an end to the "invisible" tortures of innocent civilians. Invisible does not mean nonpunishable. Other women (Love Drug) have survived Disney's Death Programs as well...

BC Tel/BC Hydro has tortured my family for FOUR GENERATIONS. They know it, I know it. The longer you stick around the more incriminating things I’ll find. What’s the debt you owe us so far?

1. Murder of my mothers parents and how much you obtained from all the Life Insurance Policies on THEM? They were too poor to have any kind of life insurance.

2. My MOM. – her hatred toward me and all her mental health problems. Loss of her WEDDING RING. Destroyed their marriage.

3. My DAD – always angry, hated his children.

4. MY LIFE. – detailed description of suffering has been written about. I may eventually post it as well. It's several pages long of the type of suffering I was constantly exposed to.

   1. Snowboarding accident in high school; destroyed my body. Couldn’t walk normally for a long time. Eventually had surgery.

   2. Irritable bowl syndrome for a decade to my host. Stomach still distends constantly to this tech. tech can do that.

   3. Forced rape of me at 3 years old which created a male alter and permanent 3 year old.

   4. Forced “dating” and sexual assaults throughout adolescence

   5. Rape and sexual assaults in high school.

   6. rapes for years by an adult neighbor during childhood.

 This is just a very brief list... a more comprehensive one will follow.

 

To BC Tel that reads everything I write from their eye recording device:

It would have been more intelligent at this point to put together some kind of compensation for myself and my family . But at least now everyone will learn about you, your names, your faces, and how many you’ve done this too, how much you’ve defrauded from all the local Life Insurance Companies in B.C., and how many individuals you’ve murdered (where does all the life insurance money go?). Undisclosed bank accounts require AUDITING.
