Happyface technology forces a smile on people that can or are usually suffering or experiencing trauma. It's intent is to deceive others into not helping the person or thinking that they are ok when the opposite is true. "make them look like they enjoy it."

Happy face tech is also used by many other Targeters and groups.  It’s also used by some Targeters strategically (as per

John’s Game of Chess) to provoke other Targeters into Targeting a specific individual. This is done to me frequently. People need to be deceived in order to Target a person.  Some Targeters are blackmailed into doing what they do to others.
