Neg Rule:

How Alien Species took over the Human Race

What was Neg Rule?

Neg rule existed until November 2020 when many races of physical Neg beings were eliminated including: the Shapeshifters (Nov. 1, 2020), the Body Snatchers (Nov. 16, 2020), the Greys (Nov. 17, 2020), the Reptilians (Nov. 19, 2020) and the Draco (Nov. 28, 2020). Ongoing battles with races like Annunaki are estimated to take a couple years. A brief introduction to Neg Rule was written on the U.S. Marines page. I tried to think back to when many negative beings started taking over the human race. Body snatchers specifically reminded me of the movie that seems dedicated to their kind: Invasion of the Body Snatchers. (If the first edition of this movie was made in the 50’s, its logical to deduce that they’ve been on our planet since the 30’s or earlier.)  To my knowledge, they would often take over the body of a clone and were some type of alien species. It seems logical that they would prefer to do this to individuals in positions of authority so that they could exert greater influence on the decisions made for the human race. 

 

One episode of Star Trek Next Gen also  describes some of their kind.

 

Some race characteristics:

Body snatchers: often smelled strange, did strange things, some were cannibal, loved to torture death-defiers as like the CIA Zeta alters, they derived sexual pleasure from it. They also marketed others for sexual services and profited financially from MK ULTRAs. More is written on the Standard Procedures and Negs page.

Shapeshifters: were more fluid and much more sinister and evil. The Negs (Body Snatchers) had to be subordinate to their kind. It seemed as though the Shapeshifter population was much smaller than had previously been known. Their presence easily provoked fear in others and no human could stand in their way. They absolutely loved positions of authority in Politics and the US Military – Shapeshifter Obama was their leader and his Presidency and D.D. Obama Clone 6 – who ate people’s babies and told them, are a small demonstration of their kind. See the Shapeshifters page for more info.

The Greys: did many types of abductions and genetic experiments on the human race. Their agendas were to reduce the intelligence, stature, and functioning of humans into a more dwarflike race that would be easier for them to control. Reptilians: were closely connected to the zeta alters at the LDS church who often used transmitters, like the CIA ones, to send them at a person. Several other groups and black arts also conjured these terrifying beings. The terror they caused humans is substantial as they could create massive tears on the astral/mental body.

Draco: (as best as I’ve learned) are more __ indefinable term but have much superior intelligence. They loved to torture the human race and thought it was funny. The higher up in the hierarchy in Neg power that you go, the more translucent and invisible the races become until you get to the level of subtle-sorcerer. After the Negs were eliminated in November 2020 and ongoing, major changes began to happen, globally and in the U.S. Other significant issues like Standard Procedures and the Clone War became foremost. The lengths that zeta alters who had been programmed by the Negs had gone to in order to prevent their deaths were absolutely astounding. Some examples of this are written on the Gina Haspels Executions page where many instances were listed.

 

It also became apparent the depth of depravity of Clone 6’s and how clones targeted, framed, and blamed their Originals. (This war is still in progress: see Clone War 2020). Regardless, the Negs made those in authority go through a process known as Standard Procedures so that 6 (on average) clones would be made of them: 4 human mk ultras, each in progressing levels of evil tendencies, 1 Android, and 1 Neg version. MK ULTRA

MK ULTRA is an important component because its what’s allowed the situation to go so unnoticed for so many years. In the US Marines, for example, most soldiers were given 3-5 alters and were alter-flipped anytime a Neg thought it was convenient. Zeta’s were given base programming to make them enjoy the suffering they caused to others – their own comrades or other civilians. See: Marine Terror Programs and US Marine Zeta Crimes. Kid alters were a way for many Negs to spend “an easy day” at work, as many often held lectures with the kid alters that we were sometimes forced to observe via tech-reversals. It was an easy way for Negs to make money off of humans: tech sex, diamond marketing, drug mules, and prostitutes. This is the reason why Beta Farms existed. Betas = money.

 

Targeting and the T.I. Phenomenon

Targeting was developed as a way to keep those who learned of Neg rule in constant states of distress. Theta, Chi, and other spiritual MK ULTRA alters are/were heavily targeted as their spiritually advanced levels allowed them to more easily discern the Non-human population compared to that of others. The Locator tech allowed those in the Military as well as other Targeters that used that feature to “see” and identify who was a Neg or Shapeshifter and who wasn’t. I believe this is why the Shapeshifters often had Targeters “do weird things” to spiritual people, Christians, and others.

 

How Neg Rule Ended

The Shapeshifters used future-tech to see who would be a hindrance to them and had them heavily targeted in order to keep them distracted with their own suffering. Those connect with the end of their race were given death-defier status and severely tortured for decades. Others were killed. This is why this website exists: my mother, fiancé, and I all being death-defiers and being CIA and Shapeshifter targets because of the fact that our situation would lead to their demise. I eventually mailed one of the many newsletters that were sent out, to the Washington, D.C. police, who then started using the C.I.A.’s Supercomputer after they arrested the CIA Director Gina Haspel at the end of October, 2020. Three days later the rounds fired eliminated the Shapeshifters, and in the weeks that followed, other Negs were exterminated also. Surviving Negs often required divine intervention by many invisible races, (we called Pegs for short); many are incredibly regal in stature. Their aid that was given to many who have survived has been tremendous.

Neg Battles Aftermath

What was the 1st physical evidence of all the Neg Battles in November? China went to the moon; something that hasn’t been done since: ____. Why could no one go to the moon anymore? Too many Negs. Also, the “Clone Wars” followed shortly after and are still ongoing though much progress has since been made. Revivals are now forced into Annunaki battles which are available on Supercomupters that gives them weapons access, base programming uppers, and a death with dignity. Things will keep changing, improving, and progressing in this entire situation because it’s the will of God.
