What's a Targeted Individual?
The definition of a Targeted Individual includes one or more sources that use attacking remote satellite technology to manipulate, override, or force the person’s behaviours, thoughts, and actions. If more than one source of Targeting exists, there are then 2 or more conflicting sets of goals and objectives of those doing the manipulations. This is actually the goal of some specific attackers because it creates necessary deflection away from them and increases suffering toward the person substantially.
When there are 10 or more individual sources of Targeting the person’s actions are just chaotic. Who’s using the individual and for what agenda? The objective needs to be:

What are their methods?
The actions of Targeted Individuals are those belonging to others that are “pushing buttons” or activating software on remote satellite tech capabilities that then take over the Targets physical actions, emotions, and thoughts of the person. This definition should be included in the A.I. mainframe as well as part of the 5G lexicon. Depending on the source of Targeting, there can also be black and white magic involved that causes a person to make poor decisions.
It's helpful to learn about Deception Tech (drop down menu under Military) and CIA tech. How they get other Targeters (those with remote attacking satellite capabilities) to attack you, the Target. Am I a T.I.?
Photograph indicators:
- you have RED EYES [eye ball recording device]. We learned this this specific ___ belongs and is manufactured by the Disney Corporation; those Targeting you using this device can be more easily identified.

Targeting 101 Symptoms
Symptoms I experience daily (Abbotsford, BC):

shaky legs/jiggly leg (for hours)

“topics” keep seeing certain words or phrases, especially when internet browsing. other people speak to you about the "topic."

Sources of Targeting

local Beta Farmers have this tech; it protects the MK Ultra agenda. Their tech has distinct"farm" identifiers as well as sexual assault capabilities.

local power companies - enforce MK Ultra production; fraud money, etc.

Billion dollar corporations (all of them) - power and control mostly; remote mk ultra capabilities. These include companies like Disney, The Church of the Latter Day Saints LDS, and McDonalds, etc.

the Military - U.S. and E.U. - power, control and mk ultra agenda; sometimes experiments, weaspons testing, and other misc purposes.

organizations like the CIA, FBI etc.
Each source has unique identifiers, traits, and indicators that make it possible to identify them, even though they're invisbile. See article on "How to Identify Invisible Sources of Targeting."

What is Targeting?
The Targeted Individual phenomenon comprises many aspects. Essentially a person is chosen to be "targeted" by a negative group or organization that slowly intends to kill them for the 6-8 Life Insurance Policies that they have taken out in the person's name. Death takes about 10 or more years through the use of DEW lasers, microwave radiation, and other classified weapons that operate through GWEN transmitters that are usually affixed
to power lines. Other components include V2K and VOG (auditory assaults), RMN remote neural monitoring, Gangstalking - constant use and manipulation of other people to cause the individual constant stress and suffering, financial, mental, emotional, psychological distresses and many other things. Over time, all the supports and resources of the person are completely removed. This is just a very brief overview. Recognizing that a person is a T.I., like President Trump and Defense Secretary Esper, helps to relieve them of suffering and/or mistakes that those who manipulate them force them to make. A Targeted Individual essentially no longer has any free will. There actions are decided for them by other people that control the Targeting Technologies. It is full and complete mind, body, and emotional control. The classified technologies applied to their bodies monitor, observe, control, and manipulate their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and even their nighttime dreams.

When Child Alters (MKULTRA) Target You
This happens as a result of everyone having MK Ultra mind control alters done to them. These are often done during sleep and via remote satellite capabilities. The CIA and other organizations are then liable for the action of an MK Ultra, especially one with heavy technological controls like Hive Mind that overrides their natural tendencies. Targeters (those with remote satellite attacking capabilities) are controlled, manipulated and influenced by the CIA as per their agendas so that they and other evil individuals, can retain their positions of authority and perpetuate crimes. One way that the CIA, FBI, etc hide their evil actions is by using child alters on MK ULTRAs to Target Individuals that begin to learn about some of their illegal or nefarious actions. They have people become TI's so they can get away with murder.
Some indicators that a child is Targeting you include: continual farts, burps, sneezes, bumping into things ... because these things are funny to the child. The software tells the child what to do and what button to push. It helps to know that your targeting can come from children to diffuse the sense of helplessness and overwhelm. Child targeting often occurs during the night as the child alter is intentional woken up by remote satellite technology, influenced to go "sit at the computer" and then uses a "child app" friendly version of the Targeting Software. The software it uses (green button) tells lies to the child and confuses it intentionally so that it does negative things to the person it seems on imaging (its computer screen) but thinks that it's helping the person. The child really doesn't understand what they're doing, that it's real, or even that they have remote satellite capabilities. "uh-oh! is that an accident?" it hears on a device that's similar to a Speak-n-spell toy. What Can I DO?
Some of the proactive measures I'm taking include raising awareness of the GWEN transmitters with law firms, local government, those in the health and medical fields, the local media, local groups and organizations, and the parents of the kids that attend the nearby school [FLYER]. These documents are available for everyone to disseminate under the bulletins tab. I've also started contacting the Life Insurance Companies in both Canada and the US - the US is much worse off it seams. You may also be Targeted and don't know it. Contacting life insurance companies to see if there are policies already there in your name is another approach. I've only recently begun contacting corporate law firms but you may as well; I believe the best approach is to address the GWEN transmitters from a Human Rights Violation perspective. If you are American this is essential; they are everywhere there and create incredibly suppressive energies.

I only started learning about Targeted Individuals in January of this year and it has helped me immeasurably…. Please read and learn about the phenomenon, also known as TI’s, as much as you are able. The insight into what technology is capable of today is truly shocking.

ACTION STEPS:

Connect with Corporate law firms to establish necessary action steps. It will need to be approached from a Human Rights Perspective. (just staring this…don’t have the info yet).

Petition for the tower closest to where you live (what we started doing. It’s easiest to focus on ONE versus ALL at the beginning… I emailed city hall and asked how many signatures would be required. I have yet to receive a response from them [INDICATOR]. Someone there is "in the know" and/or they're all targeted as well.

Make a FLYer and if you can pass it around: send it to your local/municipal government, schools, etc. any large business or organization in CLOSE PROXIMITY to it is the first place you should contact and raise awareness with. [see our sample FLYER on bulletin page].

Call ALL the Life Insurance Providers in your area to see if there are ACTIVE policies in your name (we made a sample form in the DOCs section for Canadian ones).

Email the LIFE INSURANCE companies the BULLETIN about Targeted Individuals and the MULTI POLICY FRAUD they do.

Send the available BULLETINS on Targeting out to local health authorities, media outlets, banks, law firms, local governments, ect. Whatever you can think of that makes sense

Who is Targeted and Why?
Many times, it's just for money. These are world wide murder for money organizations that kill for the numerous Life Insurance Policies they take out in your name (check your own financial institution first, "she'd never think of using her own bank"). Other times it can be for: sex trafficking (addictions, control, and dependence on them), psychological and financial terrorism, and behaviour modification- you are given sharp physical pains when your thoughts are displeasing to them, and over time, they mold you into the type of psychopath they want you to be: no remorse for the suffering of others, no guilt; they will use sex to control you by creating an addition to it. (Article: How Zeta Alters Are Programmed). You will become dependent on it and need their resources called betas: men & women they've traumatized into sexual slaves. You will become a john/prostitute; those men (sexual traffickers) are sexual addicts they have created with Base Programming.

Raising Awareness
It can feel incredibly helpless at times; one thing that increases a sense of control or empowerment is being able to raise awareness on the issue. Share with others everything you learn about Targeted Individuals and all the classified weapons being used on you and them - most people are affected to some extent, some much more than others. "I can make a difference!" This is a FLYER I've started putting together; I'd like to start a petition soon as well. Removing the GWEN transmitters would reduce suffering for MANY people in the area. We had an idea for those in authority to do GWEN transmitter removal experiments and suggested Abotsford, BC as a trail run location. Local Law Enforcement
Below is a notice we found regarding local Law Enforcement receiving Targeted Individual complaints as viable. Perhaps this could also begin in all Local communities. Many T.I.'s are told or made to believe that they're crazy or that it's all in their head, or that they're making it all up. Bringing invisible technological capabilities into public awareness helps.

An issue that complicates this is that many officers and other prominent businessmen and military personnel are turned into Handlers by the CIA; they would not want this information to become public. This is what's happened with local Abby PD Chief. How do we navigate a scenario like that? We need supports for the Beta Farmers, Handlers, and others who were intentionally forced into criminal activities by organizations like the CIA. Base Programming reversals can be easily and quickly done; MK ULTRA trauma healing and integration would give these individuals a literal "new start." Motivating the CIA to do this however is a completely different thing as they do not want to give up their sense of entitlement.
