I would imagine that there are a few categories of people they "associate with"/control & manipulate:

 

Wealthy persons: Divorce’s and couples – are both likely recipients of DIAMONDS programming done by them. We have several pages describing what that is about. Sexual addiction is #1 indicator. Do not feel embarrassed; it’s their methods that they have done to you. You can read more about this in the sexual additions link.             There is NO DIRT. Any black mail Peter has on you was FORCED BEHAVIOURS done to your mind, body, and emotions. He has the technology and magic to force people to do things against their will. You can verify this with him directly. This relates to things such as affairs and the stolen items he has in his vault.

 

Poor: you are targeted individuals. Please learn about what this is as the more you know, the more empowered you become. I only learned this myself in January of this year 2020.             They use: technology, black magic, white magic, and the weather station to control, manipulate, and otherwise deceive people. You can be free of it. It's helpful to read through the bulletins about Targeting, "Am I a T.I.?"

 

Their Family: many of these people I thought to be Thetas, who when going against Zeta with targeting tech and black magic, didn’t stand much of a chance. They need to be exonerated the most, especially their children. What choice does a person have when faced with EXCRUCIATING PAIN but to do as they say? It is not your fault. It’s easy to see when a person has been manipulated, now that we understand the methods and attack styles of Peter and Loretta.
