Raising awareness takes time because the mind control, (there are just so many forms of it) are incredibly heavy, especially in THE US. GWEN is everywhere there. Chemtrails are everywhere there. Etc etc… so… we need to learn things on how to slowly get people to break out of the mental HAZE and COMPLACENCY to reduced freedoms and ACCEPTANCE that only bad things keep happening. Most of MK Ultras are also Targeted Individuals. It’s a much more intensive type of targeting and weaponry that used for them, sometimes in OPPOSITE ways that Targeting is known for. Epsilon -->  she looks kind of like a Vampire. They are neither good or bad. They just are. Their actions are forced on them BY THE TARGETING [NO FREE WILL] AGENCY THAT CONTROLS THEM. 3yr: I never knew about these kinds of things before… but we are slowly learning. When you know more, you can make better, more informed choices. We haveoneepsilonaswell. It’s a vulnerability thing. They do bad things to her.

One story we learned about form a girl was that it was scary for all her alters when they didn’t tell anyone that they were going to integrate so they all had a type of “meeting” inside and decided that if anyone/alter was going to integrate, they first had to tell the others they were going to do it. So that everyone can be ready for when it happens. This is just a reminder for those who feel fear around the issue. Others don’t have this fear and welcome integrating faster.“

 

3 yr: TIP: we learned a lot about how other Multiples “progressed” on their healing journeys by watching youtube videos. Specifically ones called “Meet the Alters.” That can be kind of fun to do you yourself too… so each one can learn about the others some more. Approaching things from a legal perspective and involving criminal law: trying a new attempt and will set up a BASE procedure for others to follow. Many MK’s likely are the receiving end of Generations of targeting. If your grandparents have passed, this is about their deaths and possible life policies CASHED by other people, organizations. Getting adequet resources and legal support is the first step. Knowing what to do and how to do it is the first hurdle.

 

Expect and anticipate set backs; those will help us to refocus our efforts. The world is grinding to a halt. Perhaps many are in a panic mode or just a state of fear. We can use this time of isolation to learn some new things. Whatever is available in your unique set of circumstances.

What does TORTURE LOOK LIKE in the 21st century? A person chained to a wall, unconscious, with visible bruises, scars, and wounds evokes a tremendous amount of sympathy. It goes on for years and the person is unable to die.

ACTION STEPS:

1. Connect with Corporate law firms to establish necessary action steps. It will need to be approached from a Human Rights Perspective. (just staring this…don’t have the info yet).

2. Petition for the tower closest to where you live (what we started doing. It’s easiest to focus on ONE versus ALL at the beginning… I emailed city hall and asked how many signatures would be required.

3. Make a FLYer and if you can pass it around: send it to your local/municipal government, schools, etc. any large business or organization in CLOSE PROXIMITY to it is the first place you should contact and raise awareness with. [see our sample FLYER on bulletin page].

4. Call ALL the Life Insurance Providers in your area to see if there are ACTIVE policies in your name (we made a sample form in the DOCs section for Canadian ones).

5. Email the LIFE INSURANCE companies the BULLETIN about Targeted Individuals and the MULTI POLICY FRAUD they do.

6. Send the available BULLETINS on Targeting out to local health authorities, media outlets, banks, law firms, local governments, ect. Whatever you can think of that makes sense

[p 120] If there are … helpful things that you know about that I should do, please email me and tell me. I… cannot see what others can see. Things that would reduce the tortures being done to my body are helpful. Things that reduce my suffering are helpful. Memory impairment for me is CONSTANT. I probably don’t remember yesterday.

These are some D.I.D. terms we learned from watching the Youtube videos:

Fronting: taking the body and being in control of actions, thoughts, activities. It can be forced on an alter when the previous one becomes triggered and then hides, or finds it self in an unmanageable situation. Suddenly you’re just “there/here” doing something.  It can be scary at times too. After a while when the alters can communicate better, it becomes easier. Sometimes a certain one comes to the front willingly, perhaps even unconsciously, for certain skills or tasks (think Math and driving). Due to age and personality differences, they'll prefer different activities.

Flipping – or switching can occur at any moment. It can be due to triggers [negative stimulus], or just letting another alter take the front when it wants to [positive].

Psychological deaths: when new alters are born, the previous alter has maxed out on emotional and psychological coping. They will still “front” but mostly the new alter will deal with the present set of life circumstances.

MALE ALTERS FOR WOMEN:

• usually indicates sexual abuses; this is why perhaps more S.R.A. D.I.D. types have more opposite gender alters due to the sexual rituals involved.

• They don’t indicate mk ultra, rather just real life abuses. Usually, MK ULTRA likes to keep it’s women female for the beta programming. They take newly formed alters and turn them into kittens. Then teach them sexual things. Because of the severe traumas, they come to believe those things are normal and natural. This is how mk ultra mind control works.

 

Some comments from my alters on the issue:

-its detrimental to the women to have a boy just due to the mannerisms and age factor as well

- our parents were heavily targeted and he developed flat affect (inability to express emotions, even on his face) …many of his behaviors were interpreted as rudeness by other when he just didn’t know any better. He wasn’t even taught basic please or thank-yous. Even just in general, males and females just ACT different. Soo… yeah.

- he has the facial hair growth- chin & mustache. Why is facial hair removal so common these days? Too much sexual abuse…

- the boy carries the survivors guilt. He feels like he’s a burden to all our other female alters because of the suffering he unintentionally has caused them over the years.

- some of his flat affect has started to heal in the last year (for the first time ever). He laughs mostly at the funny things we say and do. 3 years just say things in a way that an adult would not. Our sister alter is an exact replica of our real life sister so he finds that comical at times as well.

Sometimes im forced to drive while in a distressed state [easier for them to cause accidents, kill me.]  Maybe others have this too. Whats helpful: pull over when possible and write out observations.  What triggered the stress? Understanding their attack patterns makes it easier the next time it happens.  Knowing WHY it happens [they’re trying to KILL me] may make it easier to

1. not drive next time or

2. to remember to stop at a park and rest.

3. Or to use more CAUTION. That’s been a word I repeat to myself when driving. Let’s be CAUTIOUS more because I know about some of the things they’re trying to do to me.

                What’s DISNEY up to? how many women are left?

Women who have survived The Love Drug program to this point are being Targeted heavily into reckless behaviors, forced and increased suicides, and otherwise SEVERE behaviors.  This is being done to me as well; some days are just… horrific really. Mentally, emotionally, physically, etc.

 

In some ways it indicates how desperate and terrified they must be. Have they ever paid damages or compensation before? What’s this really about? Admission of guilt? Admission of TARGETING. the thing is… the more they attack, the more their crimes are being spoken about, the more people are finding out ABOUT WHO THEY REALLY ARE.  Their logic has left them.  The longer they drag this out, the more they will be forced to pay. Its up to you DISNEY. How much longer is it going to be? How much more do you want to lose?

 

So…1. BAD thing [the LOVE DRUG women are still being tortured to death, in different Targeting ways]

 

Can create 5 GOOD things:

1. more publicity about the evils of DISNEY

2. unexpected GOOD THING

3. unanticipated GOOD RETURN

4. benefits to the survivors, INCREASE

5. massive compensation packages…. INCREASE

6. this will now how to expand to ALL the MK Ultras,… because they have FORCED it to be.

7. the FAMILIES/friends of the Targeted Individuals they’ve KILLED in the last… GENERATIONS.. … COURT TIME.

We’ve started a file on all the MAGIC stuff, to keep things organized and jog our brain a bit. Guru taught us to look and see what the magic did to us, and then give it a name. it helps to emotionally distance from whats happening.  Also we’re learning about who does what so it’s helpful to know some of these things, even if they’re strange. So… from the “prediction” traumas several months ago we learned:

                THEY make future events SEEM WORSE than they actually WILL BE.   TRUE STATEMENT à READ THIS OFTEN! 

à MIND believes it WILL BE SO BAD = DESPAIR

à it wont be bad; it will actually be much , MUCH better than THEY want us to believe.  (DISNEY SAYS: do you believe in magic? WHY: The belief it self enhances the power of it’s effects).

                à it’s the power of BELIEF that fuels the TRADEGEDY energies.

                à try to separate emotionally from IMAGINED FUTURE events.  NAMED it: Imaginary scenario

         FORGET it:  :)

 

                None of the crappy predictions THEY gave us even came true; NOT EVEN THE “GOOD” ONES. Those are “false hope” agendas and are used to crush the spirit. So… distance emotionally when shown images/words of things that may be too good to be true. The future will be good; it’ll all be ok. [positive statements help].

 

Knowing this makes it easier:

Devastation = FALSE images + FALSE words  [DON’T BELIEVE IN MAGIC]

ILLUSIONS – most aspects of magic are based on illusion. Create something the MIND will believe is true is enough to cause EMOTIONAL pain. Felt like earlier today… I was being shown a repetitive image and it was paired with feelings of AGGRAVATION for me [manufactured]. But then the words forced from my head were negative THEY WERE FALSE. I knew it wasn’t true when I heard the words  but the EMOTION felt real in the chest area. Oh.. so the aggravation feeling was just being highlighted is all they [wizards/mage/zeta] were doing.

Just know that if you keep seeing images or hearing words in pairing it’s to cause pain and its likely FALSE.

3 yr: we learned some thing today though. If you “talk” to them that are doing magic at you, sometimes them are nice (or can be.). So… new things we are learning about MAGI. LOL! Like the 3 wise men that visited Jesus maybe?? :-). So mage know stuff about time (and lots of bad time stuff on our head today). So we wrote them some notes. We started by writing observations on what was happening to us to get an idea of whats really going on. Recently, it felt as though the things we were reading about, someone was creating for us. Like a COPY CAT. So… then we thought maybe REVERSE IT. Don’t read about bad stuff, read about GOOD stuff and thems will copy good stuff to happen. So we wrote a few positive statements.

                Cuz lets start with the basic assumption that everyone forgets everything constantly (its just easier).

1. if they are MK ultra’s they have no free will

2. so maybe, cuz they know some magic, they can shielf the GWEN transmitters close to where they life to get a little bit of freedom (and then maybe also, they wont be forced to do bad things. They just get a break maybe).

3. then we think, maybe they want to be nice to me (cuz sometimes some of them come back and ask what I want. So just think about REVERSALS.)

 

So… and today was really bad for her (host). And we figure out some of the procedures. Ie. How the OMEGA [suicide] is programmed in.  was driving in a panic (?) and kept seeing a WHITE CLOUR HAXE with an IMAGE of a gun pointing inward at my chest. There was an overwhelming FEELING to “pull the trigger” even though it was just imaginary.  It was consuming. (I don’t own a gun so its not an issue). But we learned the SUICIDE FORMULA:

               

ACTION =  IMAGE + EMOTION + WHITE CLOUD/ENERGY

                Suicide  =  gun inward + desire/need (?) + amplification + words? (subliminal: no other options)

Maybe this is helpful for those who know how to remove these things from the MK, especially the Delta ones.

MEMORY tip: usually we can hold 3 words in our head at a time. This helps to remember sentences or phrases; just pick one word and use a picture to remember if you can. Helpful when driving or in the shower until you can write it down.

 

What does SPIRITUAL PRACTICE look like for me --> PRAY for obstacles to be removed from doing spiritual practice and then make observations. This is how we learned too. It doesn’t seem very fun but everyday it feels like it’s something different.  Chanting, salt water therapy and reducing the suffering of others, are all examples. You’ll just know what you need to do cuz it will be made easier for you. It always changes: flexible, mutable, fun, new.

What are other causes of Anger, resentment? Mind control is just one. One thing I learned from therapy was that “underneath anger is pain.”  The pain will vary depending on the individual and their life experiences. Usually the TRIGGERING EVENT will be the clue. So, when feeling anger, think about what prompted it. How is this ABOUT ME? Follow your thoughts BACKWARDS. When was the FIRST TIME I felt this feeling? There will be an unacknowledged LOSS that may be realized. If possible, do the GRIEVING.

                Grieve the losses covers many types of pains humans have. It reduces emotional reactions, overreactions, disproportionate responses and inappropriate behaviours. I wanted to be a therapist. I care about the suffering of others; my knowledge of many of these things I’m experiencing is very limited and its difficult to REMEMBER things.

                I used to spend time regularly to “process” some of the losses in my life. This hasn’t been possible for a very long time. But it can be something nice you can do for yourself. Set aside time to be alone, to cry. So much of MK Ultra PROGRAMMING is DENIAL of human needs and feelings. Let yourself FEEL. “Sadder but wiser” was another thing therapy taught me. Its likely the end result of healing. New things to LOOK FORward to make the grief easier. Little things.

The spiritual realms have much more power than any type of technology that can be created. Zeta, we need them FIRST. Use emotional numbing to get the logical/practical things done. So many times I wish I could just cry for hours and hours but I cant.
