Our first letter explaining our current level awareness of the ongoing global situation regarding Targeting, the T.I. Phenomenon, and MK ULTRA mind control can now be updated to reflect a lot of new information that we’ve gained in the last three months. The role of BC HYDRO and the MK ULTRA Entwistle family was highlighted there. We’ve since learned that there are much more profound influences than were previously unrecognized (see Standard Procedures under Military link). A lot of that has to do with the current spiritual state of our world and the decades worth of classified military experiments that movies depict but Fake News doesn’t.

The CIA role
We learned that a type of remote satellite influence intentionally flips MK ULTRA’s on those who “Target” other individuals and often uses their child alters on kid friendly Targeting applications. “use the green button!” It sounds like a speak-n-spell toy. The voice and behavioural overrides are 100% beyond the capability of an individual, let alone a child, to rise above. Many Targeters have been given Zeta alters (How Zeta alters are Programmed – page under Targeting Groups) which are persecutor types. For these adult alters that perform the “Targeting” of individuals, they’re given Base Programming (page under Addictions drop-down menu), which is an overwhelm of mental, emotional, and psychological energies and amplifications, so that they perform only what the CIA agenda is.

I was driving home in #rushhour and realized that it seemed so orchestrated. Why does the CIA force Targeters globally to create vehicle accidents? The paltry 2-lane highway has also not been upgraded in many decades. President Trump (page under T.I. link) also referenced a similar thing: “we cant do upgrades on our roads, our hospitals, our schools…” Who’s really in control? Why?
What helps this situation? What would I do if I were them? It just sucks; they’ve been forced to perform murders, harassment's, and other things their entire lives because of the will of others. The CIA liability factor can exonerate families like the Entwistle’s who literally had no choice in their set of life circumstances. MK ULTRA mind control is done to them as children, even in utero. They have no free will. Trauma healing for all MK ULTRAs gradually merges the 3 or 5 alter person into one person that can function much better and be more resilient to the controls, manipulations, etc of others.

There’s a base in the Sumas Abbotsford area that has a piece of technology known as a Predestination machine. Attempts to destroy it would cause an atomic reaction so don’t bother with that. It’s run by a human-grey hybrid that’s controlled by incredibly evil beings known as Shapeshifters. “When WE came into power” was the 60th Anniversary of these beings literally orchestrating and predestining the lives of individuals. We have some pages on the Non-human agenda as well as some information on Shapeshifters. It helps to explain why the world is in such a terrible state that its in. It also explains the reason WHY my mother and I have been subjected to the CIA Epsilon Experiment (more written below) as per the future-tech that the Shapeshifting entities have: my life's destiny, combined with the strength and resolve of my Guru, His Holiness Dr. Athavale of the SSRF foundation, would end the rule of the Shapeshifters, allowing greater freedoms for humans again. Freedoms from MK ULTRA mind control and freedom from the degrading and humiliating tasks of "Targeting." [as of this update: Shapeshifter Obama and Shapeshifter Michelle have both since perished. Military Secrets - Meta-Humans
Other relevant information is regarding the “hollow” Mountains, particularly in the Fraser Valley area. They are the innermost ones and have a more greenish color (in contrast to the bluish colored mountains further away). They seem to have a metal mantle about 6 feet thick (under the trees) where many secret and hidden procedures take place. One of these processes include nuclear fusion reactors where military black projects exact the most severe type of torture to a human to turn it into a person that can morph into an animal. (Meta Human page under the Military drop-down menu). These Meta-Humans are also MK ULTRA and their fronting alters wouldn’t necessarily be aware of their Morphing abilities. Some are easily identified by their insignia, specifically higher ranking officials. The “voltage” applied to the body to accomplish this task must be severe and prolonged; it’s the most horrific type of Human Rights Violations. Targeting Reversals
How did I come to learn all this information? As a T.I., sometimes the audio has been reversing and I hear my attackers speak (instead of them “thought listening.”) There are spiritual influences as well whereby I’m given damning information on specific attacking groups so they learn that it costs them to torture me. For example, with the Disney corporation, we learned that the Red-Eye Recording device is of their manufacture and every person who has red-eye effect in photographs is a Disney Target. Damning.

I’ve also recently learned that the reason for my specific Targeting was that my mother and I are an Epsilon Experiment of CIA Director Gina Haspel. She’s also MK ULTRA and her male Zeta alter displays symptoms of severe psychopathy: he loves torturing, raping, and killing. He sends the Targeters to my mother and I for the purpose of creating Epsilon alters from us (prolonged states of distress create new alters). This has been going on for over 30 years now. The Targeters involved are part of a symbolic “chess game” he’s been plotting for decades (See John’s Game of Chess under CIA link…).
GWEN Transmitter Removals (page under Beta Farms)
What helps this situation? My goal from being subjected to this horrific ordeal would be to have GWEN transmitter removals in the entire Fraser Valley. We could become and experimental area with the results being unexpected. It would remove the CIA’s ability to remotely control or influence anyone in this vicinity. There would be greater levels of freedom but perhaps also more grief; as the electronic manipulations over our bodies and minds reduce, we realize just how much has been taken away from us. “Who was I really? That wasn’t me at all!” Years have been lost to the desires of others.

Ideally, if the housing situation could become a more positive scenario that would be best. People should be able to live in homes that are free. Solar panels, wind devices ect could substantially reduce or eliminate reliance on “power companies” and give more freedom to families. Mothers could stay home and raise children again. What else is it really about?

Addendum
Regarding the Entwistle family and BC HYDRO: many of the pages written need editing; I’m unsure of how to precede a this point. The Epsilon Experiment continues and they’re all manipulated by CIA Director Haspels’ technological influences. Writing dirt was a way to have them leave me alone; honestly, I’m just irrelevant. The CIA is liable for all involved in this situation and will be forced to admit it.

Hope & Encouragement: the Military is currently “fronting their Alpha alters” and going to war with the Shapeshifting beings.
