The Entwistle drop-down menu (hover over the link) has a page called "How Peter & Darren Target men." This would refer to their Zeta alters. Peter was "king" and knew "all." So his oldest son Darren Entwistle would know a lot by default. Darren is Telus CEO and Peter was connected to BC Hydro. He ran or organized the Abbotsford HUB which I'm still learning about. I think that almost all Handlers are Targeted Individuals; this is a logical deduction from the observations I've made on the Entwistle Targeting capabilities. Somehow... they connected to tthe power grid owned by BC Hydro; Peter even lived right beside the local "weather station" which is military owned.
