For Targeters, Beta Farmers, and others:
How do we survive this? We’re all MK ULTRA which is a huge disadvantage to everyone. We’re all memory wiped constantly, so we revert to old patterns. We’re all manipulated and controlled and forced to do the will of the (CIA) – I’m referring specifically to this Epsilon Experiment situation. Families need to be able to speak opening about those things, with every alter.
Some families have been spoken about the circumstances more than others but what’s evident is that they need legal support, mostly due to the extreme and severe memory wiping and emotional/mental controls of the CIA (See CIA tech abilities, Deception Tech under Military drop-down menu articles). I’ve seen and know without a doubt how they use technology and black arts to manipulate individuals and families. Guilting and blaming are huge and done to those who have “dirt.” Others are made to feel other negative emotions… the feelings are not really yours, nor are the thoughts. I know this and CIA Director Haspel knows this. The ramifications are tremendous. The CIA will be forced to claim liability for all the individuals and families used here. And that’s literally a massive, massive thing and will spark global changes; it’s why this situation prolongs.

Lawyers - Know Your Rights
Ironically, the “Johns Game of Chess” helps explain a lot of the personal motives and agendas that are going on. Maybe some can actually find some of his documents referencing his “little chess pieces.” If you can become aware of how your used, it helps. Write down true things and read them often. You are in the “right” regardless of what you’ve been forced to do. Human rights attorney’s are your best legal defence, especially those familiar with MK ULTRA.
Contracts: some of the younger alters (teens/young adults) may have been forced to sign contracts which are being used against them. These cannot be valid for several reasons: you signed them as an MK ULTRA; they were forced on you by parties that know you’re MK ULTRA and perhaps control and manipulate you because of that. Also, if the alter age that signed the contract was under 21(?) it also cannot be valid without a parents signature. There are more flaws with this… it was likely manipulated and you wouldn’t even know.
Shameful things: I wrote to the Marines that having their Zeta alters anonymously write out their crimes would put more pressure on the Military heads to consider integrating some of their alters and it has. Zeta are their biggest liability and they know it. Same goes for everyone else. These actions were all forced on you; tell yourself this. Its how they control you.

Family Meetings:
Force-Front Your Child Alters
For families that are able to be together physically, force-front everyones alters and explain specific things to them, especially everyone’s child alter. (This can be done with sounds, frequencies, hand gestures or other methods: see Force-fronting sounds under MK intro drop-down menu.) Do this with as much love and kindness as possible. The teen or young adult alters also need the insight of the adults as they also don’t fully understand some things. Have different alters front from each individual. Share worries and concerns; this is something that would be good for all MK ULTRA families to do, regardless of their circumstances. Especially for child alters, who are so heavily manipulated by remote tech, they’re often intentionally confused and mislead. You can tell them that they were lied to, you can explain that words they hear in their head are from “technology” that makes them do bad things. Offer alternative suggestions to computer focused activities that are age appropriate - find a nice toy or book to read, watch cartoons, or do some craft/hobby it enjoys. They don’t have to listen to the words or tell them next time to yell for the spouse or friend if they start hearing the commands (sometimes this is subliminal… each child is different and must be interacted with uniquely.)
This is also why getting to know everyone's child alter is so useful - who's fronting at the meal? on the date? Give it appropriate activities or force-front the preferred alter as per the circumstances.
If parents can force-front their child alters to their children many families could experience healing. It’s a different perspective for an adult child to see their parent as smaller and younger. The adult children can help the parents child alter to understand things and help it to not make mistakes or be mislead by others. It can be humiliating initially to the adult alters but remember that MK ULTRA is done TO you, and it’s not your fault. It’s also comforting to know that change can be made and that families can support each other. The children can also then help the parent by force-fronting its older alters when necessary. Remember that other negative individuals and organizations are able to constantly force-front you as per their negative intentions. Family members care for the well being of others and can intervene in these situations, creating, for the first time, a defensive method against continual alter-flipping. Is someone's child alter fronting inappropriately? Force-front their adult. And vice versa.
There are literally moments when having a child alter is beneficial - when you're being attacked by others, as many are. Its an unexpected thing for many to encounter. Perhaps your child is force-fronted by others; family members can intervene. On a more playful note, when life is just too demanding and stressful, force-front some of the child alters together and literally "go and play" in an effort to de-stress. Most MK ULTRA childhoods are full of trauma and suffering. You can literally feel like a kid again and give your child something it perhaps didn't get to experience much of: fun. [it helps to have a force-fronting sound that the child knows to use to flip you back when it's finished or when it gets bored.]

Group Therapy Sessions
I’ve sometimes thought about this scenario; I wanted to be a therapist at one point in my life. One of the nicest feelings in life is to be understood by another. This is why it can also be helpful to have an intermediary, if it’s easier, to guide conversations in family settings - to offer helpful and constructive feedback, or otherwise just to take notes and help everyone to remember important things. Video recording sessions (to be viewed by all the family alters) after the recording might help as well. Group or family counselling with the MK ULTRA perspective is helpful. When done with a professional intermediary, the results can be surprising. The concerns of each participant can be heard and addressed. Greater feelings of support and unity can be felt. No one takes sides.

For Beta Farmers its similar: familiarity with Base Programming and some of the electronic overrides is helpful. Use your family unit to build a source of strength. Talk openly about MK ULTRA; show each other how to front everyone alters so you can best deal with situations together. Talk about things that are difficult; talk about things that suck, talk about shameful things, talk about mistakes. Openly talking about things kept secret diffuses the power they have. Knowing makes it easier.
The CIA, specifically director Haspel, thinks “he” (male Zeta John alter) can get away with all the severe and prolonged manipulations of the individuals and families involved, not only in this Experiment but in his other Experiments as well. Lets show him that we can stand up for ourselves. Creating unified family groups is the best way to start. You are all each others greatest source of strength; what’s been done to you has also been done to others. The best type of slave is one who thinks he’s free. Lawyers Add Support & Strength, Reduce Fear
The benefit to doing these things: it gives you a strong positive focus to hold to which reduces their ability to manipulate you. You get more “freedom” from the controls. Knowing your legal rights in regards to MK ULTRA is essential. Learn together as a family.

Evidence
They (CIA Director Haspel) wants you to lose all your time, energy, and resources by focusing on others. Change the focus and create your own agendas - reduce their controls. What's important to you and your family? What's needed? How can everyone communicate as MK ULTRAs? How can you help each other do trauma-healing and integrate? Self videos of each of your alters are also a great source of evidence.

Many are also given brain implants/chips which can be detected on scans like an MRI or CT. Please read the Abductions and Implants article about that. Imaging of those are also great physical supporting evidence for you. (they have abilities to manipulate actions, thoughts, and feelings.)
