MK Ultra Glossary & Terms

These terms were strange to me at first and now have become second nature. I was forced to learn about all this (MK ULTRA) weirdness because my life depended on it. What’s a theta? (view the drop-down menu on the MK intro link for pages on each type of alter). MK Ultra uses tortures to turn a normal person into a highly controlled multiple personality, currently known as Dissociative Identity Disorder. The way that organizations like Disney and the U.S. Military do it is so that each alter becomes created with a special skill set, abilities, duties, and or/functions. There are reasons for everything and control was #1. Unfortunately, as they have been learning, MK Ultra “mind control” is now a liability. Technology is used to “flip” alters of individuals by the use of frequencies and some of their own Zeta have been having a little bit of fun with proving that point. Why? Because NO ONE wants to be an MK ULTRA.

These descriptions are mostly applicable to US Soldiers but the information is useful regardless:

The U.S. Military gives their soldiers a standard (+- 2) of 5 alters: alpha, beta, delta, zeta and either a theta or chi. Higher-ups usually only have 3 standard alters. I think the E.U. Battlegroup only gives their men 3. Some of this needs further clarification. MK Ultra uses a total of 9 alters: epsilon, gamma, omega are also included. Each individual is unique; some have many alters. The Auraquartz website has more detailed descriptions of each of these under the MK intro link (hover for drop down menus).

Alphas – are given genetic enhancements to make their bodies physically stronger; many turn to body building, martial arts. They’re the “brawn” and are incredibly physically tough. They can have excess physical energy which makes picking fights easy for them. It’s strange for me, a woman, to have experienced a lot of this directly but it has provided a unique framework of empathy and compassion for almost everyone. Alphas can have feats of physical strength and super human capabilities.

Betas – are sexual alters and have zero free will. They are usually turned into animals first to keep their gender the same (women – kittens, men – wolves) and after 6-8 weeks of confinement in cages with other animals, in their dehumanized state , their minds finally succumb to the programming that they are just animals. Sexual programming then begins for them. White magic (page under Disney link on website), body implants, and technology fully controls their behaviorus afterward and they receive constant memory wipes. They are the alters most often made to “look crazy” so that no one learns of MK Ultra.

Chi – have heightened sensitivities that enable them to read, interpret, and understand invisible events, people, and circumstances. They operate best when given full freedom and easy of movement. They are an excellent resource for those seeking exoneration from being victims of Targeting. Some types are similar to wizards in some respects; they can discern things energetically. On the physical level these are the mathematicians and genius’ like Einstein, Tesla, and Bill Gates.

Deltas – are the combat fighters, assassins, soldiers, etc. They are also programmed with sequence of events – images can trigger these. So much technology controls most of this. Movies are excellent ways to learn more about it as it’s being shown more overtly. Julia Robert and ___ use a colorful trinket to identify and locate each other repeatedly. (mk Ulta book describes this I think: clothing items, item held in the hand and ___ names? Are used to trigger the sequence). Implants and body movements are also times and coordinated together. These are often Black Ops and Special Agents. For Marines these receive aquatic-human hybrid enhancements & modifications; they need more time in the water. Marines are an “amphibious” branch after all.

Epsilon – are nonhuman alters and can taken on positive, negative, or neutral forms. Some examples are: fairies, gems, stones, demons, zombies, mermaids, etc. When they “front” in the physical body, which is rare (I believe most are fragments), their actions and demeanor are perhaps the most unique compared to the other alters. Each is so diverse that putting them in a category is different. Also, advancements in technology have changed things so much even in the last decade alone. They enjoy the space in the dream state where they can experience the most freedom. Their forms are usually seen mentally or internally. See examples on the Epsilon link.

Gamma – entities are forced into traumas into a person and are programmed to constantly mislead the person as well as others. It’s done intentionally to make recovery very difficult. I wonder if trauma healing then activates a lot of confusion.

Omega – is self-destruct sequence that can get activated if a person attempts too much memory recall or if other factors occur. Perhaps another alter learns too much and the agency wants to dispose of the person. They will arrange for a trigger to set off the suicide.

Theta – are spiritual alters. There’s a vast range of abilities they can have and many are categorized as “psychic abilities.” This is why and how spiritual torture became a thing. How are they in my room with me? Drugged states can also give a person temporary spiritual abilities described as siddi’s in Hinduism. Some have the ability to time travel, know things about a persons past or future, etc. While in deeply traumatized states, a person becomes more open to the spiritual realms and can more easily see and perceive the astral realms and beyond. This is how many experienced occurred.

Zeta – these are persecutor type alters. The Black arts version are negatively programmed from birth. Often these are from multi-generational incestuous families as this causes the most pain. They are conditioned with Base Programming to believe that they are evil and are given feelings of pleasure in conjunction with causing others pain (Zeta base program). Some perform black magic, can conjure entities, while others are just persecutors, harassers and abusers. Read about how Zeta Targeters Are Programmed under Targeting Groups drop-down menu. Helpful Dissociative Identity Disorder Terms

Flipping – or switching is when the alter fronting leaves and another alter fronts. This can occur at any moment due to triggers or frequencies or other factors.

Force-fronting - use of sounds, frequencies, hand signals, or other methods) to intentionally bring forward a specific alter.

Fronting: the alter in control of the physical body; taking the body and being in control of actions, thoughts, activities. It can be forced on an alter when the previous one becomes triggered or finds it self in an unmanageable situation. It can be learned after communication between alters is more common. Some alters come to the front willingly, perhaps even unconsciously, for certain skills or tasks (think Math and driving). Due to age and personality differences, they'll prefer different activities.

Dead alters are ones who have died due to severe trauma. They no longer make appearances, take the physical body, nor do they participate in life in any way. They're essentially gone forever unless intensive healing occurs for the whole person. When healing begins for a multiple, it creates emotional space for the dead alters to be brought back to life and slowly ease their accumulated pain. Dead alters can be healed; it just takes time to extract the emotions and psychologically integrate the traumas and memories. When a dead alter “comes back to life” it means they haven't been around since they “died” and they now slowly start to make appearances again and participate in activities. This can be incredibly jarring, depending on the amount of time they've been gone for. It can be grief inducing (coming to terms with things that have happened since they've left – missed life events of friends and family for example). Other alters will have been around instead, doing things with the body.

“Time” It refers to missing time that is common for a multiple to experience, especially if they are still unaware of their diagnosis. The experiences and memories from each self is compartmentalized from the others, so until the alters learn to communicate with each other, they have no way of knowing how the other “person” lived for the previous few hours or day before they were forced(?) to the front. It’s strange having to “wake up” in unfamiliar surroundings with people you dont know or recognize but it's a common thing. You just adapt as best as possible. (before you know you have DID versus after when you can opening tell your friends, etc.)

Various Ways Dissociated Identity Disorders are Created: [LEARNING AND UPDATING]

- "regular" creation of Dissociated Identities due to lifelong traumas. Any type of trauma usually involves the presence of ENTITIES. Black Magic DID [received via spell casting]– person lives their life and experiences continual HARDSHIP, ABNORMAL EMOTIONAL PAINS, PHSYCIAL PAINS, MENTAL TORMENTS from receiving [GENERIC] black magic, VOODOO, witchcraft, etc. attacks; the individual will fracture after excessive tortures.
SRA DID [real world rituals] - Satanic Ritual Abuse Dissociated Identity Disorder – generational occult activities. Possession by entities as well as sexual traumas are HEAVY; perhaps more OPPOSITE gender alters are created compared to the other methods as a COPING MECH. Lunar cycles can be TRIGGERING: full and new moons. Satanic holidays as well.
Remote [ SAENCES? TERM? ] – some of the EEG Programs I experienced were RITUALS involving images of SYNTHETIC entities/beings. Technology combined with magic of SOME kind. FLOWER OF LIFE/fertility(?). Birthing spawn of something. Sequence of EVENTS. Audio. Able to repeat systematically indicates a PROGRAM.

There were times in my life when I experienced this energy. It draws a lot of low vibration men around and causes women considerable distress. They are used as sources of ENTRAPMENT for the ENEMIES of THE AGENCY DISNEY. Because it’s an easy target for a man; and the energies applied are incredibly OVERWHELMING. If this is happening to you (as a man), it helps to separate ALL THE LAYERS of the experience:

Indicators:

For the women: “I feel used.” Finding out you’ve been in a relationship that was STAGED can feel degrading and humiliating. There were ulterior motives at the onset so perhaps you’ll always wonder if it’s REAL. The other side of the coin is trying TO GET RID OF HIM; it seems impossible as he’s likely FORCED and OBLIGATED to be with you. Learn his aversions and use them to the fullest extent.

For the men: some may feel aversions toward the women, some may grow to love them over time; others may be forced to kill them. I don’t fully understand all the various aspects involved in this. GUILT. They have to lie; continuously. So, the element of deception tends to ruin any chance of an authentic connection. Honesty may not even BE an option as with the technologies involved, everything is likely seen and heard. They may try to use code to tell the women things; it would depend on the situation.

The only thing that comes to mind is using magnets, as suggested by The Emotion Code book, to extract the build up of guilt/regret and humiliation. If the situation cannot be changed, the repressed feelings can still be extracted. This makes day to day life easier. [less emotional heaviness; better logical decisions].

Best ONLINE Resource I've Found Currently: Deprogramming Modalities for Trauma Mind Control Survivors

This Is the best information I’ve found currently for deprogramming. I haven’t gotten very far with it but the knowledge is quite useful. [includes identifying behavioural symptoms and types of programs] . It also includes more information on SRA [Satanic ritual abuse] victims.

Deprogramming Hurdles (nov/dec 2019)

1st hurdle:

Triggers: images and words that cause severe emotional reactions (anger, rage, immense grief or shame), thoughts of death, wanting to die, etc. How to deal: reframe as much as possible. Auditory: A word/name/object that means one thing you create a new association to something entirely different (either something neutral or pleasant). Images: try to create an overlapping image on top of it or distort it in some way that it would create more of a humorus response than something negative. There are also off buttons on the screens that hold the images; try to look for those and turn the image off (like turning off a tv screen). Shrink the image down or eliminate it altogether. Whiteness knob clears the screen.

2nd hurdle:

Common Internal Programming Defenses

Attacks – GAMMA & OMEGA sabotage programs: when the “cult protective” programming is activated (aka THE SHIELD: internal)– the survivor is learning ways to deprogram or seeking out the truth in some way to break free from the physical/mental/ emotional/etc controls. External: A barrage of negative phrases, words, and intense emotional reactions will be present. (It looks like an emotional/mental breakdown but reframe it more accurately – it's a spiritual/psychic/technological attack method used by the “cult” to keep those under it's control from learning about who they are and what's been done to them (trauma based mind control).

What's the best way to deal with this? Take an observational stance: “these are not my feelings. These are not my words.” Repeat this as much as possible until the attack subsides. Notice where in the body the manufactured anger/rage is (head/chest – usually created from tech/devices). OMEGA (suicide prog) - embeds negative phrases to create despair and hopelessness. [saw image + despair pairing]. Repeated several times.

Watch the words/commands/repetative phrases: “this is NOT true. That is NOT something you or anybody else should be reading.” REPEAT TRUE STATEMENTS. Remember, it's THEIR words. Rephrase it into the opposite: “These words are true and they (the tech/weapons) are making me feel angry because they don't want me to know.” Create an emotional override: have some images/memories/thoughts ready for the attacks that evoke happy thoughts and feelings. Somewhat of a focal point to sustain the duration (how long was the last attack? Keep the positive mental image in focus for that long).

GAMMA – embeds entities into trauma centers. Disinformation, misdirection.

3rd hurdle:

boobytraps/tripwires: A booby trap - images/words or setup that is intended to kill, harm, or surprise a person or animal. It is triggered by the presence or actions of the victim and sometimes has some form of bait designed to lure the victim towards it. When attempts are made to undo programming, ie like with a therapist, anger/hostility may develop, or aversions towards those who are helpful. It will activate the Gamma program (disinfo & misdirection) and Omega program (self-distruct/suicide).

Feelings of love toward ONE thing become replicated and simulated and attached to ANOTHER thing. ITS BEYOND THE ABILITY OF A PERSON TO OVERCOME THIS. Guru made it possible for me to EXPERIENCE AN OBSERVER STANCE just so I could write about it and describe to others WHAT IS ACTUALLY BEING DONE TO PEOPLE. And it’s horrific.

I was completely unaware of the depth of their DEPRAVITY until two days ago when I experienced their “shaming.” They don’t just SHAME a person, they… FORCE THEM TO KILL THEMSELVES. They don’t seem human…

Also, a note: this is not to say that all gay people have had this done to them; I love and accept all. It’s just HORRIFIC that there is something that FORCES this onto people.

The Emotion Code BOOK, by Dr. Bradely Nelson, is a valuable resource for Recovery. Many are unable to CRY or PROCESS EMOTIONS due to ___________. <traumas and technologies>. This method is much more simple and can extract repressed emotions quickly. There tends to be a 2-3 day DELAY however, which can be a bit confusing initially, when learning about how your body will process it.

The Process is simple: you extract 6-8 emotions per session. In 2-3 days they will come up. The unpredictable aspect is the INTENSITY LEVEL of each is different. So… if you can have some SPACE to experience the sadness, grief, shame, humiliation, in privacy, that would be best. It takes a while to learn to separate when all the FEELINGS are coming up – that they are from events in YOUR PAST, and NOT from anything going on IN THE PRESENT MOMENT. This happened to me many times. I wondered why suddenly I felt a surge of HEAT in my body and an angry memory associated with it. Then something totally unrelated like a wave of grief, sometimes with a TEAR. Grief was SURPRISINGLY easier to process in this way: it come up in manageable bubbles. At time, I was able to sob again.

A simple way to start is extracting INSECURITY AND VULNERABILITY. These don’t necessarily interfere with daily life/functioning and can be removed from any of the ALTERS. I did MANY layers of these and it felt WEIRD when they came up. However, the result was an increase in confidence. So I’m incredibly grateful for THAT.

The self-destruct and suicide tendencies sometimes came into play here. There were days when I WENT OVERBOARD. I did 20+ releases AND FELT LIKE MY HEART EXPLODED. Please do not do this if you can help it. It’s horrific to experience; all the feelings have to come up and you have to ride it out.

Another added benefit of The Emotion Code process is the REMOVAL OF HEART WALLS. Heart walls are emotional protective shielding and prevent authentic connection to others. They’re more time consuming to remove; it’s recommended to do only 2-3 per session. But the END RESULT is emotional warmth and love toward everyone. “I love myself again!” It was a really beautiful feeling I had when I finally removed ONE.

RELEASING TRAUMAS

After a month or two of releasing “regular” emotions, then focus on the TRAUma releases. I made a SEPARATE CHART for those; they are very strong and I only would do 2-3 of those per session. These were feelings of VIOLATION. They made me want to DIE. THEY ARE EXPERIENCED PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY AND MENTALLY. They are the end result of someone else doing something to you AGAINST YOUR WILL. It may be helpful to have a person around when those are being released; it’s truly horrific. << betas – the sex slaves, DIAMONDS - mutilations, RUBIES - prostitutes, PRON STARS, EMERALDS - mules, etc >>.

What made it worse were some OBJECTS embedded into the heart. They force the pain to be MORE SEVERE than it actually is so that a person KILLS THEMSELVES. It is likely the satanic aspect of MK Ultra THAT embeds them into people. If you are THETA, you may be able to see and remove these things. (Before emotion/TRAUMA releases is best). They are REINSERTED CONSTANTLY. Check diligently. IT BECAME SURVIVABLE when these things were removed from me.
