Tech-raping or tech-sex is part of the Targeting and T.I. phenomenon but more related to Beta services, Beta farms, Handlers, the Abby HUB, and pimping. It’s most frequently performed by those with illegal surveillance software. This varies from Targeter to Targeter but includes Handlers, Clones 3-6, Beta Farmers, and others. Most who use the tech-raping software are given Base Programming to make them addicted and make them clients (by clones 4-6s). Each person’s rape tech was specific and unique, perhaps designed or chosen as per the individuals scripted performances. Each had a different method and style which over time made each ones identifiable. Shapeshifters often used large animals to rape a person, cloaked, invisible, and dropped in the persons room or home. These were made and created in many underground Military bases (Military Secrets). Their targeting tech often replicated animals or beasts that would then rape a person. As part of death-defier protocol, tech-raping was to be done 24/7 as per the list of 52 items they’re all subjected to. They would tell whatever lie necessary to Targeters to make that happen or “have this person tech-raped” was just an item on a “to-do” list that those in the Targter Stream would just “push a button” and do to a person. As part of this, others would be made to think that the victim was having an enjoyable sexual experience and was a willing participant so that they wouldn’t receive aid.
