Targeter 101

These are some generalizations of how and why certain individuals, groups, and various alter ages Target. Most think it’s not humiliating to be a Targeter. “I’ve made 1234 people shit their pants” is something I hear on the truth tech daily. Please also read “How the CIA makes Targeters.” This is by no means exhaustive but provides an idea of the mentality of Targeters and Targeting Groups. The male Zeta alter on Gina Haspel uses humans as chess pieces and decided who should do what to whom. Generic

Life insurance policy fraud – kill a person for the life insurance money (most are wealthy)
Destroy relationships/marriage and tech abduct the wedding jewellery when it ends. (Love Drug and Diamonds attacks pages)
for illusions of power and control - slowly Target a person to make their life miserable
Beta Marketing – money made from the beta slave alter [kittens or Diamond betas]on a Target which the Targeter benefits from (prostitution, snuff films, escorts, strippers, etc)
murders – various reasons, motivations and intentions.
theft – abduction tech for a reason.
treason – target whomever, whenever – usually due to [CIA] agendas. [CIA Targets POTUS & Esper]
destruction of property – clothing items – get pen marks all over them, have strands forcibly pulled out, are given rips or tears with lasers or cutting tech. Similar things are done to home items like furniture, lighting, ect. Bump-and-break-it tech, ooops I dropped my new light fixture tech, etc. Anything you have can be destroyed or broken with invisible tech.
invasion of privacy – peep on people in the shower, on toilets, while their having sex ect. Record and listen to private conversations (collusion). “what you see they see” eye recording tech devices. Finances, relationships, diseases, everything.
political [fraud] – targeted juries, targeted elections, reverse Targeting that makes an evil person look good, etc.
health problems – can all be created with invisible Targting tech. vaginal discharge, pink eye, sneezers (often kid Targeters), allergies, etc.
Remote MK ULTRA tech - torture programs. Each one creates different psychological, emotional, and mental changes when done to a person. It also creates more alters on an individual in order to control and manipulate them. force bad choices and decisions on others – for financial ruin, shaming, humiliating, relationship ruin, etc. (use of imaging and audio subliminals that they speak into a mic)
accidents - vehicles, craft, boats, airlines, mechanics of all kinds
animals - used, manipulated and controlled for various agendas

By Groups

Military sources – extort women; use invisible tech to make her fall in love with a soldier to give him money. (EU Battlegroups Love Drug for example, "How the Military Targets You" page. NORAD, Bataan...).
CIA – human projects, experiments, research; for Zeta alters - torture for the sake of pleasure. (Lady Gaga – how many alters can be made on a person, Bruce Jenner – turn a national hero into a woman, etc.)
Disney – fame, celebrity, beta marketing $$ (money make from sexual services of beta slaves). Use tech to control masses of the population. “branding.” (all those who have the Red Eye indicator in their photos are Disney targets).
Lockheed – to steal ideas and research from other individuals (probably applies to other biomedical and research Targeting sources)
LDS church – often use Spiritual deceptions to manipulate church members. Very high tech. Black arts here are cannibals, and perform Theta Treatment entities that get forced into people.
Black arts – usually to create illnesses, make the persons life very miserable or torture the victim to death. These attacks are horrific; often undiagnosable diseases, loss of unborn infant, etc. They’re used for Gamma and Omega MK ULTRA programming and force entities into Targets.

By alter age (some examples)

kid Targeters – are told lies, that it’s all pretend. “trip and fall” that kills people is “oops!” Farting people is funny to them.
preteens – make clothes staticy, make your socks feel too tight, break your blinds on your windows, knock stuff over.
young adult females: eating disorder Targeters.
young adult males: perv on young women.
early 20 year old females – used to break up relationships. Its easy to make them feel resentful; they’re given lots of deception tech.
30-50 year old males: have tech rape apps. Some use the app to market a women so they make money off of the tech rape while telling the recipient that she’s a willing participant and is enjoying it (Happy face tech, false audio and imaging deception tech). Others just tech rape the woman because they’re told to.
1. Use tech to create imaging of a sexual nature
2. Turn women into sexual addicts with Base Programming (to control/degrade them)
3. Turn others into pedophiles, homosexuals, or other with Base Programming

Becoming aware of who does what makes it easier to “Identify Invisible Sources of Targeting” (page under the T.I.’s drop-down menu). It also makes it easier to understand why things are done to you. “ohhh she sounds like a 20 year old and was lied to in order to attack my relationship. That makes way more sense than a mature adult doing these things.” It makes being a TI easier to deal with when you know certain things.

Targeter “Parties”

The CIA orchestrates hits on their Targets regularly and sends groups and individual Targeters various types of deception tech for an attack of 50-200 Targeters within a span of 2-4 hours. [CIA “autotech” records the experience of physical, mental, imaging sensations and then “replays” it to the victim several times afterward.] Targeters receive false imaging, false audio, false emotion enhancers and other types of deception tech from other Targeters that the CIA is using or has blackmailed that make them hate, fear, feel jealous of [insert feeling word here] a Target. The objective is to have the Targeter use their remote satellite technology on the Target.

For the Target, these experience are horrific. They’re given Happyface (to mislead others into thinking that they're enjoying themselves or to provoke others into Targeting them further) or they look normal while experiencing excessive and severe physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual tortures. Some Targeters are assigned to microphone tasks – speaking to the Target with voiceovers. With fear enhancers and forced entities these experiences were often terrifying. Black arts are used. Pain Targeters are told things like “she’s a criminal,” She’s crazy,” She’s a threat” ect in order to get them to use severe pain creating tech on the person. Ear/sound enhancer Targeters cause pain in the head from external sounds, swallowing Targeters (force you to “swallow” stuff for long periods – to make a person feel full so they don’t eat. Eating reducing the effects of the remote drugging), Tech rapers are summoned, and remote drugging ensues.

Other times Military attacks are scheduled. They have a distinct intensity level increase from Individual or Family Targeters. Naval attacks, “Red Light” Marine attacks, [read: Marine Zeta Crimes and Marine Terror Programs] and other severe things that include the use of black arts – MK ULTRA programs, conjurers sending Shapeshifters and Reptilians among other types of negs to a person. Non-human forms of targeting are also then much more severe than Military types.

Layering Effect

What I learned recently was that the teen and preteen mk ultra alters are often unaware of the layering effect – how the “small” things they do compound on the effects of other Targeters tech. Several types of layers create horrific experiences: visual, auditory, traumas, dissociated states, strange experiences, false spiritual experiences, etc. Most of the Targeters are really unaware of why their tech is being used or even how many other Targeters are already being used on a Target (over 30 Targeters is a lot). Targeters are intentionally kept in the dark about many things, so the CIA can control and manipulate them. Together, each persons tech negatively enhances anothers. From the thought listening reversals, I learned that they’re often embarrassed, humiliated, or angered when they learn these things.

Targeter parties/attacks are done to me frequently. I wonder who all the other CIA Targets are …
