Those employed there have corrupt minds and hearts and use their advanced sophisticated remote satellite technological capabilities to destroy normal, moral individuals. The CIA's Remote MK Ultra Capabilities

Tech used:

The military performs Remote MK Ultra on civilians. Who decides these things? This process and some of the programs that were run on me re described in greater detail on the Targeted Individuals paper, in the Bulletin link and on the homepage.

1. EEG cap - can force a drugged state, forced smells, sights, sounds, etc.

5. Bulbous head cap: forces mechanical posturing of the psychical body to remind the person of the traumas and embed them further. (absolute terrors night)

"Advancements in technology have come so far that the  Monarching of individuals with the targeting technology can be accomplished entirely via remote satellite. This includes the use of elaborately designed programs, an electroencephalography cap, nasal and breath regulating devices, and some form of device that precisely manipulates and coordinated body postures (via EEG?. No device also) . This will be further explained in detail below. Not all MK Ultras are targeted nor are all targeted individuals subjected to the remote Monarching; the determining factor of who receives the remote MK Ultra is unclear." "I was subjected to the perfections of the Nazi German POW experiments that took over 50-60 years to perfect in it's current total technological experience, all done remotely, leaving no trace of even an abuser.  The quantitative effect of several decades worth of technological torture perfection is beyond comprehension. The compounding effect of evil and malicious intent is incredibly grievous.  “Someone spent time designing these images, creating this sequence of events, perfecting TORTURE.... how does a person/society in general, become so evil?” Why it was done is still somewhat of a mystery to me as various other targeting technologies controlled me 100%: physically, mentally, emotionally, etc. All of my memories and experiences were accessible and recorded and my physical body was under complete control (via supercomputers, AI, or psychotronic? Find term). I couldn't even believe or understand why this exists.

                The remote MK Ultra programs are created on software and run through a series of synthetically created events visually, mentally, auditory, and “physically.” It works in combination with several technological devices, along with the  EEG drugging, to magnify and enhance the tortures and traumas. The sensory experience is completely and totally overwhelming. [There must be “POSITIVE/generic” style versions that a person could undergo willingly to be able to experience the EFFECTS. Demo programs or something of that nature. Ones that don’t produce trauma but just mild sensory experiences.]  It begins with the body becoming heavy due to EEG drugging and the person needs to lie down. The eyes are forced shut (via mechanism?). (wrote sequence in dental torture page?) How did I not just walk away from the experiences??? Various immobilizers are in effect: mentally, emotionally, and physically. Awareness of time and space ceases and the ability to have separate mental functions other that what is being forced is impossible.  no awareness of “physical” reality was possible. The program starts via satellite transmission that activates triggers in the EEG cap:  internal images, sounds, smells, and sensations begin. Subject experiences fear, terror, confusion, etc. [I believe astral MK Ultras like Deltas are used in conjunction with the Remote Programs. They add different types and quantities of drugs to food and drink that a person has nearby or consumes regularily. They may also be forced to inflict pain on the person undergoing the program while they are in a drugged state)." pages 15 and 16 of the TI Paper (bulletin link).

List of Remote MK Ultra Programs:

1. Crucifix: you are forced through an experience of being crucified on a cross. While on drugs; with visuals, smells, physical ‘sensations,’ etc.

2. dental tortures: includes an apparatus that’s mounted onto the head. It has knives, tools, scalpels of various shapes and sizes that extend downwards like a swiss army knife. It’s just for pure physical torture.

3. Tin Soldier: freeze program; forced standing for prolonged periods. “good little soldier.”

4. Monarching: forced posture of laying on back with legs bent up and feet touching “butterfly”

5. Tea Pot: done to the child.

6. Marionette (puppet strings)

7. Dissociation, general: strange, surreal images floating, gliding, moving in ways that are extremely abnormal; combination of juxtaposing elements. Confusion becomes overwhelming.

The first time I received "real world" verification of what I was experiencing. The sequence begins with the head turning to the right; my left arm raises as though I'm holding a staff. It feels like I'm underground in a tunnel somewhere. There are clarinets playing a specific tune (that is replayed in the EEG later as a reminder of this horrific thing). Skeletons and other similar creates are visible. A funeral procession is taking place and an elaborate casket is carried past you. The smell of Frankincense wafts in the air and becomes associated with trauma. I feel as though I'm placed into a standing casket, shaped as an Egyptian pharaoh. My hands shake excessively just writing about this. The arms are bent at the elbows and the hands hang down in front; the lid is closed and I'm in an upright position. Something is being done to my arms where they experience violent tremors; my hands turn back and forth simultaneously, first touching my clavicle and then hanging limp in front of me. For what feels like hours, my arms shake in fear. (I distinctly remember days where my arms just hurt so incredibly much; I just woke up and would feel pain. It was so strange to me so now that I'm able to remember, I can know why.) Certain posturing of the hands also evoke feelings of terror: "praying hands" where the palms are pressed together in front of the chest gave me a panic attack one morning.  When the EEG activates, you can notice it in your neck immediately and the head will raise slightly. "A Program is now in session" is almost heard subliminally. My head dips down in a posture of reverence, solemnity. Up and down it raises and lowers, in a very slow and methodical manner. Often I wondered why my neck and head would do this throughout the day as I was doing other things. What is being communicated? Is it a trauma reminder (mental reinforcement)? I received verification of this when I remembered a TV show I had seen previously: The Big Bang Theory Season 2 Episode 7 shows Penny in several instances where she has the "limp hands" posturing.  It's more pronounced on another episode that I'm able to find at the moment. This made me realize that this is being done to celebrities as well as regular individuals.

I believe that these were done by the CIA and that The Love Drug survivors were subjected to these. Superior shielding was provided for all the women who survived. I wonder if any have been able to do enough trauma healing to write about their personal experiences of this massive event that happened in Feb or march of 2020?  I wonder if I could get better descriptions from some, though it was really traumatic just reading through it again. In hindsight, I think the first night was just a BARRAGE of remote MK Ultra trauma programs. All our adult females "died" and then the boy and 3 year old survived "The Horrors." How much embalming fluid have I been forced to drink?

I feel like… something was removed from my head or my mind and I was suddenly able to REMEMBER THE DEATH PROGRAMS that started last week. I was shocked; i…  haven’t thought about it… what’s all being done to me? It’s difficult to remember the previous day, let alone WEEK. I… started rereading through the documents and it helps me to remember things. I haven’t received any emails from anyone… and I wonder if DISENY has put an energetic block on the email account I put on the website or just prevents ANYONE from saying anything to me. So… anyone reading this knows as much [or more] than I do about the situation.

        So… now I’m worried and curious also. And… EMPATHY. To those who have survived and are still ALIVE. They will need rest and recovery. Did DISNEY actually ‘CUT THEIR LOSSES’ throughout this whole process? It seems to me that… to those who survived what was done to them, the DAMANGES will significantly QUADRUPLE. We know who it is now. We know your name. We’ve seen your face. These things should never be done to human beings, let alone INNOCENT WOMEN. Maybe it’s TIME FOR SOME LAWSUITS DISNEY. ITS TIME.

        To the women: if ANY of them can read this or… ? Write down as much as you can remember: days, times, sequence of events. The traumas will make it incredibly difficult to remember things. Describe the images, tactile sensations, SMELLS. SWAMPY sometimes. This is your written testimony; this is what was done to you. You are a human being and deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. Torture to innocent civilians is against the law. So are Targeting Agencies like the one[s] DISNEY OWNS AND OPERATES.

        I’m trying to make some connections in my mind and it’s so difficult to have a THOUGHT. The first 3 death programs went in a sequence:  DAY 1:  TUBES AND TERROR,[EEG CAP is applied, endless VOG attacks; terror is amplified in chest; visual overwhelm – no memories].  DAY 2: ENDLESS HORRORS – this one we called the CIA PROGRAM … the women might know why. It just has that VIBE to it. The… pressure it created in the ATMOPHERE in my home was the most severe I think I’ve ever experienced. They say you can cut tension with a knife… well it was like that… but with HORROR. There are terrifying entities that piggyback on that. Then what’s done to the physical body: the put several physical immobilizers on, after DRUGGING the person. I was sitting on the couch and collapsed on my side; was IMPOSSIBLE to move a muscle. I became a pile of MUSH. LOTS OF SHARP objects were forced through my body; MEN WERE IN MY HOUSE; MANY MANY MNAY FLASHLIGHTS EVERYWHERE. TOTAL TERROR.  [violent physical shaking for several hours afterward], DAY 3: something’s I don’t want to talk about as I may implicate others who have shown kindness and left me alone. I do NOT want to suffer any more. Who’s doing what to me and why is still … gaps in connections so… DID DISNEY DO BONES TO ME?!!!! [CIA DID BONES TO US].  I’d really like to know if any other others experienced similar things. I would have forgotten much and they will have as well. Please email me anything you’d like to share. There are SOFTWARE PROGRAMS THOUGH THAT CREATE THESE THINGS [ARE THEY RUNNING TO CONFISCATE THEM NOW AS I WRITE?] INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE.

They turned into a Manuscript called "How I Learned Disney Was Targeting Me" and is now a PFD on the homepage, 600 pages worth - pictures and everything. this documents more about how and why the Death Programs were done to many women. "It all started with a Love Drug Lure..."  (Danny Arts was the victim here and was forced to speak from the person operating the remote satellite microphone to his skull which CIA Director Haspel programmed former Disney CEO Michael Eisner to do. Danny belonged to EU Battlegroup. "all my little chess pieces..." John alter thought as he would watch the drama unfold.

                I wonder if Danny (the EU Battlegroup Love Drug lure - page under Military drop down menu) was the reason the Death programs were done to me. I think Gina got a Targeter to kill him and had several life policies on him. He was super heavily targeted and had also been subjected to "theta treatment" done by the LDS church.

 

Danny Arts: (his page is under the Military link drop down menu) Sometime around April I was in contact with a “friend” that I later found out was a psy-ops soldier. He may have been the reason that the death programs were done to me. There is still confusion around the issue; too many groups involved. WHY were the Death Programs done to me Gina? Is there a logical explanation somewhere? what about all the other women subjected to them? "cut our losses.." money seems to be the reason for any kind of murder or torture in her books. Page 23 I WONDER if his boss is his primary accomplice in the DEATHS of the other women. Maybe they go in on it together? WHO ELSE IS IT?????????

What were the phrases I heard from DANNY’S ORGANIZATION [DISNEYS TARGETING AGENCY] before the death programs started on all the girls he was assigned to? “cut our losses..” then I PANICED …….”see who survives.” I wanted to know what could be done for all the girls he did those horrible things to.  My thoughts were along the lines of DECLASIFYING MK ULTRA, so they could heal themselves.  They were wanting to take over. Do.. the ear piece technology things they use to “thought listen” also record? There would be evidence maybe, if the frequency blocker could be removed…. I believe it was their organization that had the extensive list of extreme tortures done to me over 2019. in an attempt to reduce my current load of suffering, I wrote a note on my wall to all the NEW TARGETERS being sent to me, to consult with whomever IT WAS THAT TOOK THE EXTENSIVE LIST of all the things they did to try to kill me so far, so that they could know they are wasting their time, money and efforts. They will not receive any money from my death. This is a FACT. IT’S BEEN PROVEN.

*Let me add some notes to this experience: There was NO denying who it was. The AIR in the room CHANGED when this occurred. It was not like “usual” deception and misdirection attempts that run almost constantly. It was serious; they wanted information form me, no actually, they had some “behavioural modifications” they wanted to “give” me….

 

Recently ,Danny’s agency came in “contact” with me to discuss some things. Their methods were incredibly enlightening to experience. It felt as it we were in a conference call setting, with me just lying in my bed viewing their images on my forehead screen, while they used various other monitors and mind reading devices. I think at this point they were concerned about the ramifications toward their organization (this was SUNDAY) regarding the TRUE STATEMENTS I was writing on the website. They had some “behaviour modifications” they wanted to give me. They asked me some questions, saw and interpreted some responses on their screens, and gave me extreme mental pain. It was unusual. Like a part of my mind was completely shut down/blocked off while the pain was felt. INAPPROPRIATE RESPONSE. I was in a state of detachment, curious about their methods. None of my thoughts seemed to please them. I felt pressure around my head while this process went on for some time.

                The conclusion I came to after a while that THEIR ENERGY IS THE EXACT SAME AS DANNY’S. So are the methods. It made me realize just how terrifying it must be to be tortured by them, to have them take away a person’s free will. The whole time I thought it was HIM doing these things to me, it was really THEM. The energy match was IDENTICAL. SO, in order to survive, you must become like them. There’s no other way; it’s HORFICIA.

                So then now, looking at that PHOTO of OBAMA leering over Beyonce I realized, HE IS THEM. The energy is THE SAME. “I take.”

                Who makes the DIAMOND betas? They do. Who uses them? THEY DO.

                It’s total and absolute power and control over another human being. NO MERCY.

Think the Mummy Program goes in there too. It was on Sgt Major Black's (another blackmail victim of CIA Haspel's male Zeta alter)  page previously. CIA did some other stuff like blue milk, "bones" (3yr experienced), ect. We're all MK ULTRA.

Brief Description

Death torture programs  (may 2019)

• May 14. (head tubes, flashing lights, dehumanization, marionette, dissociative general.) killed host & spiritual girl (where were they for the next 2 nights??! Why was a child forced to experience these things??)

• May 16. (immobilizer device) in head or on body (done to boy & 3 yr old). Drugged, immobilized. Cant remember the majority of it. Horror beyond comprehension. Atmospheric pressure was phenomenal (dont know that its been like that since or before). Objects forced through body (I cant really remember- terror and horror overwhelm); lights in head; CIA program. Holograms or astral people in the house? Flashlight searches. Breathing device kept me alive; couldn't breathe. At one point the 3 yr old flipped to the front and was shot in the heart with a type of astral weapon (I presume) and she died instantly. Boy, 12: after a few hours, ... I was just “dead” in some sense... but the tortures just kept running. So, you just kind of watch it all, in agony, waiting and waiting and waiting. I feel like I cant remember it. I couldnt even get up to drink some water; dehydration was severe. Felt like at the end some people or beings wanted to talk to me. Incredible evil. I couldnt even sit up straight cuz my back is broken and they got mad about something like that. There was.... absolutely no mercy from them.Then... by 7am? When it “ended” I physically shook for several hours.

There is/was another aspect of this that I may add later.

Bones (real or MK Ultra torture program?): this was a remote satellite "procedure" done to my 3 year old alter. One by one bones are removed and new ones are added; it starts in the ribs i think... it is absolutely horrifying to experience. When they get to the neck and head pieces you just.... space out? flipped alters a few times... cant remember. no words. Was this real? Did I literally get "new" bones that helped me survive MORE torture? what's my body even made of anymore? How many remote satellite medical "procedures" did I receive? What's all been done to me? WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy make a person live so long just to be tortured?

What do I remember about that? seeing doctors and lab technicians; something about my wall having a massive 2 way mirror/video camera tech on it. There were people watching as it was done. what did they say? "its not normally done to children." "Usually soldiers are unconscious for this procedure." I'm not a soldier . I'm not in the army. I'm not even an American. Does this sufficiently prove Gina's insanity?

Gina also has a "zombie" app that can be applied to a person; why? only a mentally ill person knows the answer to that. its visibly observant from the excessive arm extension, heavy laboured tech assisted (sounding) breaking, and body movements. I've learned from direct experience from being subjected to 3 different zombie apps that have been applied to my body via remote satellite technology. Micheal Eisners who's Zeta alter thinks "it's cool" applies it even to himself (former Disney CEO) has and an epsilon in the EU Battlegroup. They're horrific to put it mildly.  a human does not want to feel like a zombie. What was done to Eisner to make him feel that way Gina? There are black arts that  those in the know use and manipulate to their advantage. They put actual zombie entities into people. Perhaps that was done to Micheal first. It was done to me...

This is an attempt to classify these type of traumas according to severity. It also demonstrates the severe human right violations of Gina Haspel who regularly performs these on others. Remote MK Ultra technological  capabilities are only the start.

1. Muting - a person becomes unable to articulate or speak about their tortures

2. Gamma (entity embedment) & Omega (self-destruct and/or suicide)

3. Clones and/or android of self (military drop down menu)

4. Epsilon specific tortures (can sustain more suffering than normal humans)

5. “theta Treatment” whereby a  superior type of entity forced into a person (under LDS menu)

6. Theta/zeta alter combinations in a person (spiritual alter + black arts alter)

7. theta/theta combination in a person (the psychological damage of this is very high - LDS Bednar)

8. Meta-Humans - most severe type of torture required to give them morphing abilities (I hear Haspel’s Zeta say “that I subjected you to as well….” The superhuman ability I was given was “death conqueror” in order that I would continue surviving the extreme tortures so she could produce 2 or 3 Epsilon alters from me. She got 2 Epsilon alters from my mother. Torture a person cannot die from. How many lifetimes has it been John?

Having been subjected to all of these… damages range in the trillions. How do people allow her to keep her position?

 

Military/CIA Imaging Capabilities

(There's now a separate page on Imaging Tech that has a lot more details). They can see how many MK Ultra alters a person has (astral forms?) and the shape, style, size, height, weight of Epsilon (non-human) forms. This is why this experiment exists: to make 3 Epsilon alters from one human being. It requires endless suffering and torture to a human. I almost “birthed” my 2nd last year; my mother has 2 already.  Imaging of Epsilon alters is valuable to the Epsilon themselves. You have a physical body externally but internally you have a different form. Imaging also identifies Non-Humans in society: politicians, business leaders, Military personnel, and others. How much does Director Haspel hate President Trump and his efforts to give good things to good people? Consider what’s been written about him and how he’s been portrayed in the media since before his Presidency. This is no small thing. She makes him look bad constantly. Treason Director Haspel? In spades, I presume… “there’s nothing I wont do.” Trillions in undisclosed assets? However do you come by such substantial amounts of money? Do tell John.

This also proves that Director Haspel has influenced President Trump (#sedition) as he’s been very vocal about #fakenews and it’s inaccurate portrayal of life on this planet. Trump chose Haspel, a woman who love to torture. Why? Since his election he’s been shamed, blamed and made to look bad in fake news for a very long time.
