Food & Drink

The best way to cope, as drugging impairs judgment, is to drink caffeine regularly and eat something every 3 hours. Eating and caffeine intake both reduce the effectiveness of drugging. Reduce meal sizes and increase frequency of eating. Specific foods suggested to me were: tomoatos, avocados, jam, and milk as these contain specific enzymes that also counteract some of the drugs and sometimes prevents your attackers  from drugging you.

 

Remote MK Ultra

Do NOT lay down and sleep if you can help it. There would be programming/traumas done to you that will then cause you to take ___ actions and waste your time and energy or worse (depending on the type of programming you’re being subjected to). Love Drugging involves sexual assaults while sleeping as does Diamonds (more info on both of these in the sexual addictions category). If you have frequent naps and subsequent sexual addictions, Love Drug, Diamonds, or Base Program, may be responsible. Some indicators that you’re being subjected to Remote MK Ultra programs include:

 

1. forced body positions - it helps to become aware of postures that your body is frequently positioned into as it indicates the specific program being done to you. Take notes of these. The Targeted Individuals Paper in the Bulletin link provides a detailed description of the Mummy and Crusifix MK Ultra programs.

2. Exhaustion & fatigue.

3. Sounds are heard in the head from slightly above the ears – this is the EEG location for auditory ___. 

4. Sensory overrides - With EEG attacks there are often negative taste, smell, and sight overrides.  Daily observations, including times of the attacks, are very helpful for piecing things together later after coinciding aspects are discovered. 

 

Black Magic

For black magic attacks, they (zeta) like to drug people as specific types of chemicals increase a person’s perceptions of the spiritual realm. The victim is sent many types of ghosts and entities that they may start to perceive around them. Drugging also increases the states of fear/paranoia the attackers like to instill in their victims. Remote Drugging via I.V.

This was done to me many times and when high-intensity Yagnas were done for me, I often saw reverse imaging that showed people in the underground tunnels beneath my home that were checking some type of Intravenous lines. When the “J” farms people (its actually an “r”) did the tunnel drugging to me, in the summer I drove around to see if that would impair the effect and it didn’t seem to make a difference. Sometimes leaving the house makes a T.I. feel better. When I sit on my bed I can sometimes feel the IV start and both my arms feel the liquid go in them.

 

This is important for those in Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley to know about: the huge underground tunnel network was used by the Entwistle Clones, Beta Farmers(?), Handlers, some Military groups (the weather station location is in the Matsqui Flats area) and maybe others. One use of the tunnels is for the remote I.V. that can be done to anyone (?) in the Abbotsford area. I wonder if maps of all the tunnels will be made public one day. I also wonder about the location of the Entwislte Clone 6’s Lab kids? There are small and large underground rooms within all the tunnel systems. I’ve recently learned some aspects of how and why remote drugging is done to astral bodies. Understanding the mentality of Clone 6s is helpful to determine their motives in doing this as creating beta and theta slaves is a primary reason. Even base programming is done to astral bodies to keep them under the control of clone 6’s or those using the reverse osmosis process. “make anyone do anything” applies to the astral realm more strongly. We've also briefly mentioned the CIA ectoplasms so being aware of that process helps also.
