I’m unable to stop LDS Elder Bednar from using remote satellite Targeting technology, also known as the T.I. phenomenon, on me. This information you can thank him personally for. Please learn about MK Ultra and the T.I. phenomenon as both are done remotely via satellite technology to all LDS congregation members.

Please view all the pages under the drop down LDS menus for more clarity and information. Elder Bednar should be questioned only when being subjected to "truth tech" which is deception tech in reverse. He's too deceitful otherwise.

Please note: truth tech will be a requirement when confronting him about his crimes. Deception tech has a switch that flips statements from false to true.

He has severe mental health issues* (examples will be provided).The amounts, types, and quantities of deception technology he uses on other daily is astonishing. Why is so much of this needed? Because he's that severe.
He intentionally flips the alters of those around him (with a clicker or phone app?) to better hide his criminal actions and deceitful ways.
He lies to deceive others about his true identity and true purposes.
He deceives his wife into doing harmful things to others (via the remote satellite technology) so he can use that information to shame and guilt her.
its logical to deduce that he's attacked (via Targeting) many theta, chi, or epsilon alters (in his congregation and elsewhere) to hide his selfish agendas
He's told his children and perhaps other children that he's Jesus. When he does story time with them, he pretends to be Jesus.
He uses children or the child alters of his children to target by audio harassment and voiceover (via remote satellite) people. This is done to create mental distress, suffering, and false beliefs. (see description below: Audio Attacks)
his plan for the end of WW3 was to provide the survivors with "mana" from heaven (read more on the Secrets of the LDS church page) from his cloaked craft. He was going to have a few of the LDS churhc members survive with him. Him and his wife were going to be Mary and Jesus. He was going to wear a white robe and be "welcomed" by all the earth survivors. (more will be added on his wife; he's deceived her and uses her for her personal agendas).
He is a double theta MK Ultra which means that the appropriate alter will need to be "fronted" for questioning. He may have 4 or more alters in his MK Ultra "system." Other possible complications could involve the use of clones, body doubles, etc. Technology or honest Theta alters will be needed to accurately identify the guilty party.
He appears to have received "Theta Treatment."
It's worth noting that he has many clones; his child alter calls them "body doubles" and thinks it's neat. His child alter thinks it can get away with anything and frequently uses deception technology to cause people to believe things that aren't true.

Troubleshooting

Bednar’s Broadcasting Technology

10:39pm July 14, 2020 an attack by Bednar’s technology.

Broadcasting technology is frequently used to send out a mass deception message to others, usually those with remote satellite capabilities (Targeters) so that they start using their weapons on a victim of Bednars choice. It includes the use of mental images, audio (sometimes subliminal) and/or physical body overrides. This is how Elder David Bednar has conveniently killed though that have stood in his way for the last several decades. this can be verified by looking through his massive list of "murder for life insurance policies" that would be visible in his banking records. <blanking> he uses technology that frequently wipes memories ... of me an others around him so that no one catches him. I'm a person that wont die is why this is becoming public knowledge. I want the other LDS church members to learn the truth about how severely deceived they have been. I have no other options.

This is a description of some observation notes I took from a resulting Broadcast attack used on me:

What started this specific attack described below? I cant remember. Probably an energy battle of some kind. Then I got intel to post information about LDS celebrities. It’s a rule that an attacker loses information when they attack me; to give them incentive to leave me alone. How much will all the Bednar clones, android, human MK ultra, non-human and other forms of him need to loose? Standard Procedures article contains information about all that.

So then we added this page on LDS Celebrities and wham; instantly there was a Targeter overload. It got too hot and stuffy to even sit in my closet (a self-defensive measure). To read more about Deception tech, there's a page under the Military drop down menu. Notes:

Mom walks into the room and gives me a verbal clue: Battlegroup girl -13? --> Elder Bednar of the LS church makes you Target me. Whatever you were told about me isn’t true. Dog barking sound is also another Battlegroup indicator; they use external speakers in a room.
I hear the “young gaters” on voiceovers and think “is Bataan here too?”
I hear an airplane drone overhead. Still going at night now too? That must be like 100-200 planes, helicopters, ect per day now.
Game room guys – I think to write them instructions as they’re unaware that their virtual reality games are real life Targeting technology. I say “Target: Non humans. Remove crap from me too pls.”
I then think to leave a generic message for all the US Marines – we’re all on the same side; I’m MK Ultra just like you are. 😊

How many did I miss?

It was after point 2 or 3 that I realized he must have hit some kind of warning or alarm that instantly notified many groups or individuals at once. How was that done? I was shown that Bednar uses a “Broadcast Device” with a prerecorded message. It contains my image, a lie about me, and a command to Target me. I wonder if it also has includes physical body overrides on those that it was subjected to.

The airplanes still drone over in the background…I think I’d sleep for a week straight if all the technology was removed from me. Maybe… Targeters would too…

What I’ve learned recently: always verify that deception tech is set to “truth” setting so that no one is mislead about others. This has made a difference today already. Learning as we go 😊 Thank you to all who provide assistance and relief of any kind; it’s greatly appreciated.

Audio harassment attack from 10-11pm July 15, 2020

“am I on drugs?” a child voice is heard in my ears.

Learned: Bednar drugs his childrens child alters via remote satellite technology, then has them harass me and other in alien voiceovers. This went on for about an hour; I didn’t know who it was at first and tried to ignore it. It was relentless and persistent so I started to wonder about the source. My exhaustion is extreme. How does he have absolutely no mercy at all? The tone was so different from other attackers. The pace of the audio was very fast also, giving the illusion of a higher intelligence being. Some type of speed and tone distorter is used.

This provided me with more evidence of his cruel and deceptive nature. It also demonstrates how he “targets” others (T.I. phenomenon). How many in his congregation does he give false beliefs to? This reminded me of Bob Chapeks’ philosophy: “I need to be revered.” Eisner is similar: “Im the king of the world.” Bendar is the same too.

The pace of the audio was so fast I could only deduce that the individual on voiceover was on drugs. Apparently they could hear my “thoughts” and that’s when I heard the child ask if it was without the voiceover. I then heard a female voice which I assumed was Bednars wife; I could be wrong. But the female was adult and the child sounded young. This might be done in such a way that the child experience a “video game” while the Targeted Individual receives the auditory harassment. Its done intentionally that way to disguise the truth from children while the adults understand what’s being done. This experience was not new as previously I learned that child alters on MK Ultra are used to operate Beta Farm tortures.

Dilated or restricted pupils are indicators of remote satellite drugging. How much is owed to me in defamation amounts alone? Bednars deception tech is just… exhausting. I wonder how much more writing will be required until noble members of the congregation confiscate it? Use truth tech on Bednar cuz he lies too much.
