“in love” Base Programming

This is a lovely feeling that lasts for about 20 minutes (the usual duration for most Base Programming applications). If a new alter was recently formed, for example a zeta alter, it would require “x” amount of Zeta base programming like hatred builder and “tear you to shreds” programming before their psychological makeup firmly establishes the program. Its often sent repeatedly at zeta in order to have them do the will of the CIA versus what they’d prefer.

As a defensive tactic, its incredibly useful. For those who often attacked us, we thought: give him the “in love” base programming for a while to soften his demeanor/mentality. It was helpful for many of the other clones and provided time of reflection for them.

Military Betas

One of the reasons experiments started with this is because of the kid alters that the CIA used. They made the kid alters jealous of others who were in love which made them do mean things to them. What was the solution? Once our theta/host became aware that “in love” Base Programming existed, she told them to try it on themselves. They didn’t know to do this and did and it was really cute to overhear. “see, we can be in love too…” Military 8 year old beta alters. It made things easier. boy: This was also useful as kid alters who were in states of fear often did incredibly foolish things. We then learned to tell them to apply a base program of peace to make things easier.

 

Targeter Party

There was also a moment when the D.C. police experimented with the “in love” base programming when a Targeter Party attacked me. Those are the result of mass deception tech messages being sent out to many (50+?) Targeters that then mass attack a person, often a death-defier. Instead, they all received the “in love” base programming over the span of 20 minutes or so and all went to spend time or find their spouses, loved one, or made a call to their girl friends. I also got to experience the base program which for me was really lovely. It turned a situation that was heightened with animosity to one of peace and love.

 

Cryo Clones in Bases

A third example of how this was helpful was when some of the cryogenically revived clones in bases also got to experience this. The comical aspect was that I think it was a child alter that thought it would be “funny” to give it to these clones 5’s and 6’s… and it was at first, mostly because they didn’t know what was happening until it was over. [the powers of the base program.] Some missed their mothers and wished they would have called them… (was that the “peace” base programming?). Other clone 6’s had never in their lives experienced loving feelings so it was surprising to them. They all softened from their aggressive and hostile mentalities and were able to spend some time in reflection. It was maybe the most humanity they’d ever received. [see Clone Wars for more detail.]
